Xiaomi has expanded Poco C81 Pro sales into more markets, turning the device into a broader low-cost option for buyers who want basic features without paying much. In Germany, the phone can already be ordered directly from Xiaomi for €146.90 in the 256 GB storage and 4 GB RAM configuration.
Spain is also included in the new rollout, while the United States has not received an official release yet. That makes the Poco C81 Pro a notable new entry for people looking for an affordable dual-SIM phone with a large battery and simple everyday functionality.
Low price, limited ambition
Xiaomi also lists a 128 GB variant in Germany at just under €126, although that lower-priced model is not available to buy at the moment. The phone comes in Black, Green, and Gold, reinforcing its position as a budget-focused device rather than one aimed at higher-end buyers.
Under the hood, the Poco C81 Pro uses the Unisoc T7250 SoC with two Cortex-A75 cores and six Cortex-A55 cores. That hardware keeps the phone firmly in the entry-level segment, and the 208-gram body does not include 5G support.
Big screen, modest resolution
The display is one of the device’s more visible selling points. Poco C81 Pro uses a 6.9-inch LCD panel with a resolution of 1,600 x 720 pixels, a peak brightness of up to 800 cd/m² in HBM mode, and a refresh rate of up to 120 Hz.
That combination should make everyday scrolling feel smoother than many other budget phones, even if the 720p resolution clearly signals the device’s low-end positioning. Xiaomi appears to be prioritizing size and fluency over sharpness.
Simple cameras and practical extras
The camera setup stays straightforward with a single 13 MP rear camera and an 8 MP front camera. It is a minimal arrangement, but it matches the phone’s role as a practical device for users who care more about function than advanced photography.
Battery life is likely to be a major reason to consider the phone, thanks to its 6,000 mAh battery. Xiaomi also includes a side-mounted fingerprint sensor and a 3.5 mm audio jack, two features that remain useful for buyers who prefer familiar hardware.
For users who need dual-SIM support, a large screen, and a large battery in a low-cost package, the Poco C81 Pro fits the brief closely. Its wider availability now gives Xiaomi another budget handset with a clear and uncomplicated market message.
