Casio has found a striking new way to make a digital watch feel collectible. The Casio x GRAGG LW-204GRAGG-1BDF comes with a silver stand shaped like molten liquid metal, turning the watch into a display piece when it is not on the wrist.
The limited edition was created for South Korea and marks the first anniversary of Cafe Null Dosan and Casio Store Dosan in Seoul. It is based on the Casio LW-204-1B, so the core identity of the watch remains familiar even with the redesigned presentation.
A familiar digital watch with a design twist
The collaboration brings together Casio and South Korean design label GRAGG, a brand known for accessories and other products with a liquid-inspired aesthetic. On the watch itself, the changes are focused rather than radical.
The resin strap now features contour-like topographic lines inspired by GRAGG’s “FROM NEW PLANET” design project. It also carries the GRAGG logo and the slogan “LANDING FOR HUMANITY.”
The rest of the watch stays intentionally understated, with a black-on-black look, an inverted display that remains readable, and three pusher buttons for everyday functions.

What makes this edition stand out most is not the watch alone, but how it is presented. Casio includes a custom silver stand that resembles a pool of melted metal, giving the watch a second life as a desktop display object.
