Morphe v1.33.0 Quietly Fixes YouTube, Music, and Reddit Frustrations

Morphe v1.33.0 arrives with a clear goal: remove some of the small irritations that have made YouTube, YouTube Music, and Reddit feel less convenient to use. The update focuses on practical changes that users are likely to notice in daily use, rather than on flashy additions.

For YouTube, the biggest change is the playing queue. Videos can now be added to the queue from anywhere inside the app, without first opening or playing the video.

That is a meaningful shift from earlier behavior, when users had to enter a video before placing it in the queue. Morphe also adds a new “Voice over translation” patch for multilingual YouTube content.

Several YouTube fixes improve reliability

The new release also addresses a number of technical issues tied to YouTube patches. Morphe says the video queue patch now handles cases where videos from playlists would not open or reload correctly inside a playlist.

Other fixes cover Disable player popup panels, Return YouTube Dislike, SponsorBlock, and System share sheet. The update corrects problems such as patches not working for some users, unnecessary API requests in playlists, proper user agent delivery when sending SponsorBlock segments, and support for older app versions in the system share sheet.

YouTube Music gets the biggest feature jump

YouTube Music receives the most noticeable expansion in v1.33.0. Morphe adds a dedicated SponsorBlock patch for YouTube Music, bringing crowdsourced segment skipping to audio content as well.

The update also introduces scrobbling support for YouTube Music through Last.fm and ListenBrainz. For users who want a cleaner listening history and automatic tracking of playback habits, that addition is likely to be the most valuable part of the release.

Reddit gets a cleaner interface

On Reddit, the update is aimed more at reducing visual noise than adding new interaction tools. Morphe fixes a bug that prevented the communities shelf from being hidden on experimental builds.

It also adds a new toggle to remove the “Trending communities” shelf from search suggestions entirely. Another toggle can hide the main “Trending on Reddit” shelf from the feed, giving users a more stripped-down browsing experience.

Compatibility expands across newer builds

Morphe v1.33.0 also raises experimental compatibility for several app versions. The supported builds mentioned include YouTube v21.26.360, YouTube Music v9.26.51, and Reddit v2026.26.0.

For YouTube Music, experimental support is also listed for versions 9.25.50 and 9.26.51. That suggests the updated patch set is being prepared to stay usable across more recent app releases.

Morphe has continued to build its reputation as an open-source patching tool that addresses limitations in popular apps. The latest release follows earlier additions such as queue insertion for YouTube videos and the restored labeled action bar for video in v1.32.0.

Version 1.33.0 keeps that pattern going, but with a stronger emphasis on polish and control. It is now available through Morphe Manager for supported target apps.
