Endless Ragnarok Expands Granblue Fantasy: Relink, Old Progress Can Still Carry Over

Cygames has launched Granblue Fantasy: RelinkEndless Ragnarok, opening the action RPG to a wider lineup of platforms while keeping a key benefit for returning players. The expansion is now available on Nintendo Switch 2, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, and PC via Steam.

The most notable detail for existing players is that progress does not have to start over. Cygames also offers the Endless Ragnarok Upgrade Kit for owners of Granblue Fantasy: Relink, provided the upgrade is made within the same platform ecosystem.

Co-op remains central to the new expansion

Endless Ragnarok continues to support online co-op for up to four players, giving the game a shared mission structure that remains a major part of its appeal. That setup allows players to tackle new content together or approach it alone, depending on preference.

Cygames says the expansion broadens the game’s solo and multiplayer content while preserving the series’ dynamic combat and character-focused design. The result is an update that aims to serve both newcomers and long-time players who already invested time in the original release.

Trailer release and the pricing split

To accompany the launch, Cygames released a special trailer titled Not Forgotten Sky. The video highlights the game’s visual style and battle sequences, offering a preview of the scale behind the new content.

Edition Format Price
Standard Edition Physical or digital USD59.99
Digital Special Edition Includes exclusive in-game bonus items USD79.99

The launch also brought two DLC character packs on the same day, featuring Fraux and Fediel. Each pack includes a crewmate card to unlock the character, upgrade materials such as Silver Centrum or Ambrosia, and a unique sigil designed to support combat abilities.

A larger package for new and returning players

With wider platform support, same-platform upgrade access, online co-op, and additional character DLC, Endless Ragnarok is positioned as a substantial expansion rather than a simple update. It gives returning players a way to continue their journey while offering new players a broader entry point into the world of Granblue Fantasy: Relink.

The release of Not Forgotten Sky reinforces that approach, pairing the launch with a promotional trailer that underlines the game’s fast-paced action and cinematic presentation. For players already invested in the series, the biggest draw is still the ability to bring progress forward without losing what has already been earned.
