How to claim without failing
Redemption is done through Garena’s official site at https://reward.ff.garena.com/id. Players must sign in with a Free Fire account that has already been bound, because Guest accounts cannot be used to claim redeem codes.
After logging in, copy one code made up of 12 to 16 characters using capital letters and numbers, then paste it into the available field. Press Confirm, and the reward will appear in the in-game mail box if the process succeeds.
