Bingxue Indonesia drew strong customer interest during its “Gebyar Ramadan Bingxue” campaign, which generated more than 46,000 spin participations across outlets throughout Indonesia. The main attraction was not limited to routine discounts, but also included high-profile prizes such as two iPhone 17 units and seven Samsung A26 units.
The campaign ran as an interactive shopping program during Ramadan 2026. Customers who spent at least Rp35,000 could join a spin wheel game after scanning a barcode on their receipt and accessing the site through a web browser.
The mechanism was kept simple so it would be easy for visitors to take part. One transaction of at least Rp35,000 gave one chance to play, and the opportunity increased according to spending multiples without a daily participation limit.
This approach turned regular store visits into a more engaging experience. Instead of focusing only on sales promotion, Bingxue combined everyday transactions with digital gamification to add an interactive element at the outlet level.
The prize pool was also designed to keep participation high. In addition to the two iPhone 17 units and seven Samsung A26 units, Bingxue prepared 15 Infinix HOT 60i devices as another top-tier reward.
The total prize package exceeded 100,000 items distributed randomly to participants. Supporting rewards were spread widely as well, including exclusive tumblers, 50 percent discount vouchers, and tens of thousands of ice cream cones.
That broad reward structure helped the campaign record 12,773 winners from the more than 46,000 spin entries. The figures point to a strong response from customers to the format, which mixed shopping incentives with a game-based digital experience.
Bingxue Indonesia management representative Delicia said the program was part of an effort to bring innovation aligned with current consumer behavior. She added that the campaign was designed to do more than drive transactions, while also giving customers additional value.
“Through Gebyar Ramadan Bingxue, we want to present a more interactive and enjoyable experience for customers. Not only making a purchase, but also providing added value through the chance to win a range of attractive prizes,” Delicia said.
She also noted that the digital approach was intended to support higher purchase values. According to her, programs like this are expected to strengthen Bingxue’s closeness with customers across Indonesia.
“Gebyar Ramadan Bingxue” took place from 20 February to 31 March 2026 and was applied across all Bingxue outlets in Indonesia. The combination of promotions, digital play, and major prizes made the campaign stand out as a retail strategy aimed at maintaining customer interest while encouraging more active in-store engagement.
