A 7200mAh battery, a claimed AnTuTu score above 1 million, and a price that stays within the mid-range are the main reasons the vivo T5 Series stands out. The lineup is built to attract users who want long endurance and strong performance without moving into a higher price bracket.
vivo has brought the T series back to Indonesia with two models: vivo T5 and vivo T5 Pro 5G. The pair is aimed at active users such as students, young professionals, casual gamers, and anyone looking for a flexible daily driver.
Performance takes the lead on the Pro model
Among the two, the vivo T5 Pro 5G carries the more aggressive hardware package. It uses the MediaTek Dimensity 7400-Turbo chipset paired with UFS 3.1 storage, and vivo claims this combination can push AnTuTu performance beyond 1 million points.
That positioning makes the phone suitable for heavy multitasking, light editing, online meetings, and gaming. vivo also says the device supports up to 90fps gameplay in popular titles including Mobile Legends: Bang Bang, PUBG Mobile, and Genshin Impact.
To keep gaming sessions comfortable, the T5 Pro 5G includes Ultra Game Mode. The feature is meant to support longer play sessions with better stability rather than focusing only on raw power.
Battery life is the series’ strongest selling point
Power management is where the T5 Series becomes especially distinctive. The vivo T5 Pro 5G comes with a 6500mAh battery and 90W FlashCharge, with vivo claiming it can go from 1% to 50% in 23 minutes and reach full charge in about 52 minutes.
The regular vivo T5 goes even further on capacity with a 7200mAh battery. vivo describes it as the largest battery in its current lineup, and the phone is claimed to last up to 45 hours for video playback and 72 hours for music playback.
Both phones also feature Bypass Charging 2.0. When gaming, the system directs power straight to the motherboard to help keep temperatures more stable and preserve comfort during extended use.
Display and design stay practical
Despite the large batteries, vivo still keeps the devices relatively slim. The vivo T5 Pro 5G measures 7.59mm thick and comes in Total Pink, Total Blue, and Total Black.
On the front, it uses a 6.77-inch AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and HDR10+ support. That combination is intended to improve smoothness for streaming, scrolling, and gaming.
Cameras and AI features
For photography, the vivo T5 Pro 5G carries a 50MP Sony IMX882 main camera, an 8MP ultra wide camera, and a 32MP AI Selfie Camera. It also supports 4K video recording on both the front and rear cameras.
vivo adds several AI-based tools, including AI Erase 3.0, AI Reflection Remover, AI Four-Seasons Portrait, AI Aura Light, and Film Camera Mode. The regular vivo T5 is equipped with a 32MP front camera and a 50MP AI Wide Camera on the back.
Prices in Indonesia
The vivo T5 is offered in three variants. The 6GB + 128GB model is priced at Rp3,199,000, the 6GB + 256GB version at Rp3,799,000, and the 8GB + 256GB option at Rp4,399,000.
There is also a Shopee promotion that lowers the starting price to Rp2,849,000. For the vivo T5 Pro 5G, the 8GB + 128GB variant is priced at Rp4,599,000 and the 8GB + 256GB version at Rp5,199,000, with a Shopee promo starting at Rp4,099,000.
With a 7200mAh battery on the regular model, a 1 million-plus AnTuTu claim on the Pro version, AMOLED 120Hz display support, 50MP cameras, and pricing that remains competitive, the vivo T5 Series is positioned as an option for users who want endurance, speed, and everyday practicality in one package.
