Samsung’s premium TV lineup in Indonesia is now being framed around more than just screen size. The company has introduced Micro RGB as its newest flagship display approach, pairing ultra-precise color control with AI-driven features that adjust picture and sound automatically.
That shift matters because the target is not only movie viewers, but also sports fans, gamers, and households that want a TV to adapt without constant manual tuning. Samsung is positioning the lineup as a more intelligent entertainment hub, while also keeping room for practical use beyond watching content.
A new approach to premium picture quality
At the center of the launch is Samsung Micro RGB, described as the world’s first TV technology to use red, green, and blue backlights measuring under 100 micrometers. Each light works independently, which helps the picture render details with greater precision than conventional panels.
The result is meant to look more natural and more vivid. Dark areas appear deeper, bright areas keep their detail, and the overall image is designed to stay consistent across different types of content.
Samsung is offering the Micro RGB lineup in several sizes to match different home setups. The R95H series comes in 65 inches to 85 inches, while the R85H ranges from 55 inches to 75 inches.
For users who want an especially large screen, Samsung also provides the premium R95F in a 115-inch size. That model is aimed at a more immersive home theater experience.
AI features that work in real time
Beyond the panel itself, Samsung is leaning heavily on Vision AI to make the TV more responsive. The system is designed to optimize picture and sound in real time, reducing the need for manual adjustments from the user.
Several AI-based tools are included in the package. AI Upscaling Pro is meant to improve content resolution, AI Motion Enhancer Pro is built to make movement smoother, and AI Sound Controller Pro aims to create a more immersive audio experience.
Samsung also adds Vision AI Companion for more natural interaction. Another feature, AI Generative Wallpaper, allows the background display to adapt to the room’s atmosphere.
Samsung says Vision AI is intended to learn viewing habits as well. By recognizing preferred types of content, the system can automatically adjust visual quality to make the experience feel more personal.
Built for brighter rooms and broader household use
The company also addresses a common issue in premium TVs: reflections. With Glare Free technology, Samsung aims to reduce light bounce on the screen, helping viewing remain comfortable in bright rooms.
Audio and design follow the same premium direction. The TV lineup supports Dolby Atmos and OTS Lite, while Infinity Air Design gives the set an ultra-thin bezel that makes the display look larger and more refined.
Samsung is also emphasizing that the TV is not limited to films and games. One notable feature is Karaoke Mic, which lets a smartphone function as a microphone without extra hardware.
Users only need to connect the phone to the TV for family singing sessions or group entertainment. Samsung also says the feature can be used for presentations and everyday home productivity, making the TV more versatile in daily use.
Pricing and launch offers in Indonesia
In Indonesia, Samsung Vision AI is available across the Micro RGB R95F, R95H, and R85H lines, along with the Mini LED M70H, M80H, and M90H series. Micro RGB pricing starts at Rp23 jutaan, while Mini LED models start at Rp4,6 jutaan.
Samsung is also attaching launch promotions to selected purchases. Buyers of the Micro RGB R95F 115-inch model receive a Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 7, while those choosing the R95H 85-inch or 75-inch version get a Soundbar HW-Q800F.
For the R95H 65-inch variant, Samsung includes a Galaxy A26 5G. Purchases of the R85H 55-inch and 65-inch models come with Galaxy Buds4, and the products are already available through Samsung Indonesia’s official stores and website.
