That mix makes the phone stand out immediately in China, especially for users who want long endurance without moving into a bulky design.
The device is aimed at people who spend long hours on their phones, including gaming and streaming. vivo’s approach is clear here: prioritize battery life and charging speed, while keeping the handset comfortable enough for daily use.
Large battery, long-term endurance
The headline feature is the battery, which has a typical capacity of 9,000mAh, or 9,020mAh. That is far above what many current midrange phones offer, and it gives the Y600 Turbo a strong advantage for all-day use and beyond.
vivo also says the battery can still retain more than 80 percent health after 1,200 charging cycles. That claim points to a product designed for extended ownership, not just strong numbers on launch day.
Charging support is equally important. The phone comes with 90W fast charging, reverse wired charging for powering other devices, and global direct power supply technology to help maintain power delivery during heavy, prolonged use.
Slimmer than expected for a battery-focused phone
Despite the oversized battery, vivo has kept the Y600 Turbo from feeling excessively thick. The phone measures 8.29 mm in thickness and weighs around 215 grams.
That balance matters because large-battery phones often end up heavy and bulky. In this case, vivo appears to have worked to preserve comfort in hand while still focusing on endurance.
A display built for long sessions
