Motorola is preparing the Moto Pad 70 Groove for an India launch on July 31, with a nine-speaker JBL system as its defining feature. The tablet is positioned around entertainment use, aiming to deliver substantial sound without requiring an external speaker.
The audio setup includes four tweeters, three woofers, and two passive radiators. Motorola says the system can deliver up to 48W of output in a 7.2-channel configuration.
A Tablet Built Around Sound
Motorola describes the Moto Pad 70 Groove as the first tablet in India to use a nine-speaker JBL arrangement. Its acoustic design includes a 43cc acoustic chamber and a dedicated bass unit.
The tablet also supports Dolby Atmos, Hi-Res Audio, and wireless Hi-Res Audio. A JBL logo is visible on the rear near the grille area, reinforcing the role of audio in the device’s overall design.

Rear Stand Adds Viewing Flexibility
