The most expensive new phone in Indonesia this May reaches Rp 31.999.000, while the most affordable starts at Rp 1.649.000. That wide span shows how crowded the market has become, with 14 new models arriving across entry-level, midrange, and premium tiers in a single month.
The lineup also stretches across many brands, including Realme, Oppo, Vivo, Infinix, Poco, iQoo, Nubia, and Apple. Buyers can choose between phones built around large batteries, 50 MP main cameras, or top-tier chipsets, depending on how much they want to spend.
The entry point is still very aggressive
At the lowest end of the list sits Poco C81 Pro in its 4 GB/64 GB version for Rp 1.649.000. It comes with a 6.9-inch IPS LCD display, a 13 MP main camera, a Unisoc T7250 chipset, and a 6,000 mAh battery.
Just above it, Infinix Hot 70 opens at Rp 2.199.000. Realme C100i and Oppo A6c both begin at Rp 2.499.000, giving this price band several options with similar ambitions but different strengths.
Battery capacity becomes a major selling point below Rp 3 million

Infinix Hot 70 adds another path in the same segment with a 6.78-inch IPS LCD panel, a 50 MP main camera, a MediaTek Helio G100 Ultimate chipset, and a 6,000 mAh battery. Its memory options are Rp 2.199.000 for 4 GB/128 GB, Rp 2.699.000 for 6 GB/128 GB, Rp 3.199.000 for 8 GB/128 GB, and Rp 3.399.000 for 6 GB/256 GB.
Realme leans hard on the C100 Series
Realme expands its presence with three models in the C100 Series: Realme C100, Realme C100x, and Realme C100i. The trio gives the brand a dense spread in the lower middle segment, with each model carrying a 6.8-inch display and a 50 MP main camera.
Realme C100 is the most capable of the three, pairing the screen and camera with a Helio G92 Max chipset and an 8,000 mAh battery. It is priced at Rp 3.799.000 for 6 GB/128 GB and Rp 4.399.000 for 8 GB/256 GB.
Realme C100x sits slightly below it with a Unisoc T7250 chipset and the same 8,000 mAh battery. Its prices are Rp 3.399.000 for 6 GB/128 GB and Rp 3.799.000 for 6 GB/256 GB.
Midrange buyers get bigger batteries and stronger chips
iQoo joins the crowded field with two models that emphasize endurance. The iQoo Z11 uses a 9,020 mAh battery, which makes it one of the largest-capacity devices in the group.
That model also includes a 6.83-inch AMOLED display, a 50 MP main camera, and a Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 chipset. Its prices are Rp 4.999.000 for 8 GB/128 GB, Rp 5.699.000 for 8 GB/256 GB, and Rp 6.899.000 for 12 GB/256 GB.
The iQoo Z11x comes with a 6.76-inch IPS LCD display, a 50 MP main camera, a MediaTek Dimensity 7400 Turbo chipset, and a 7,200 mAh battery. It is offered at Rp 3.699.000 for 6 GB/128 GB, Rp 4.199.000 for 8 GB/128 GB, and Rp 4.799.000 for 8 GB/256 GB.
Nubia and Apple push the list upward
In the upper segment, Nubia introduces the Neo 5 5G and Neo 5 GT. Both use a 50 MP main camera, but they differ in display type, chipset, battery size, and price.
Nubia Neo 5 5G has a 6.8-inch IPS LCD display, a Unisoc T9300 chipset, and a 6,050 mAh battery. It is sold at Rp 5.699.000 for 8 GB/256 GB.
Nubia Neo 5 GT steps up with a 6.8-inch OLED display, a MediaTek Dimensity 7400 chipset, and a 6,210 mAh battery. Its price is Rp 6.499.000 for 8 GB/256 GB and Rp 9.999.000 for 12 GB/256 GB.
Apple’s iPhone 17e also enters the market in the premium middle class. It uses a 6.1-inch OLED display, a 48 MP main camera, an Apple A19 chipset, and a battery rated for up to 26 hours of video playback.
For Indonesia, the iPhone 17e is available at Rp 13.499.000 for 256 GB and Rp 17.999.000 for 512 GB. That places it well above the midrange crowd and closer to the premium end of the list.
Flagship prices climb to the top of the market
Oppo adds two major names at the high end with the Find X9s and Find X9 Ultra. The Find X9s uses a 6.59-inch AMOLED display, a 50 MP main camera, a MediaTek Dimensity 9500s chipset, and a 7,025 mAh battery.
Its pricing is set at Rp 15.999.000 for 12 GB/256 GB and Rp 17.999.000 for 12 GB/512 GB. The Find X9 Ultra goes further with a 6.82-inch AMOLED display, a 200 MP main camera, a Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset, and a 7,050 mAh battery.
The Find X9 Ultra is priced at Rp 27.999.000 for 12 GB/512 GB and Rp 31.999.000 for 16 GB/1 TB, making it the most expensive new model in the group.
Vivo completes the ultra-premium picture with the X300 Ultra. It brings a 6.82-inch AMOLED display, a 200 MP main camera, a Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset, and a 6,600 mAh battery.
Vivo sets its prices at Rp 25.999.000 for 16 GB/512 GB and Rp 29.999.000 for 16 GB/1 TB. With that, May 2026 becomes a month when Indonesian buyers can move from sub-Rp 2 million phones to flagship devices priced above Rp 30 million without leaving the same launch cycle.
