Galaxy A27 Leak Expands Its Color Lineup, New Awesome Mint Render Strengthens Design Hints

Author: Qoo Media

Samsung’s Galaxy A27 is starting to look more concrete, and the newest sign comes from a color option that had not appeared in earlier renders. A retail listing has surfaced with the device shown in a shade believed to be called Awesome Mint, giving the mid-range phone a fresh visual identity even though Samsung has not announced it officially.

That added color matters because it strengthens the impression that the Galaxy A27 is moving closer to its final form. The phone is still unconfirmed, but repeated visual leaks are now pointing in the same direction, which often suggests that launch preparations are underway.

A new color joins the leak cycle

The listing that displayed the handset became the main reason the Awesome Mint name started circulating. Samsung has not confirmed that name, but it fits the company’s usual color branding style for the Galaxy A series.

Earlier renders had shown only three color options. With the new mint variant now appearing, the Galaxy A27 looks set to offer a wider visual lineup than first expected.

That does not necessarily mean every color will arrive in every market. Even so, the appearance of an additional finish is typically a sign that marketing materials are already being assembled.

Design details continue to line up

The latest images also match the design language seen in previous leaks. That consistency gives the device a more settled look, even if it still remains outside Samsung’s official lineup.

When the same design cues keep reappearing across separate leaks, the shape of the product becomes easier to read. In the case of the Galaxy A27, the repeated visual details suggest the phone is approaching its likely final appearance.

Specs are also beginning to take shape

Alongside the color and design information, several hardware rumors have also emerged. The Galaxy A27 is said to use the Snapdragon 6 Gen 3 chipset, paired with up to 8GB of RAM and up to 256GB of internal storage.

The software side is also being mentioned in early leaks. The phone is expected to ship with Android 16 and One UI 8.5, which would make it arrive with a relatively current software stack for a mid-range model.

Display, camera, and battery claims

The display is rumored to measure 6.7 inches and carry FullHD+ resolution. That points to Samsung keeping a large-screen formula in place for everyday use and media consumption.

Camera and battery details are also part of the current picture. The main camera is said to be 50MP, while the battery is listed at 5,000 mAh, a capacity that aligns with the typical expectations for this segment.

What the timing suggests

Samsung has not revealed an official launch date, so all of these details remain in the realm of leaks for now. Even so, the current flow of information is becoming more consistent, especially now that the retail listing has added another color to the mix.

The Galaxy A27 is still expected to arrive in the second half of 2026, or H2 2026. Until Samsung speaks publicly, Awesome Mint, the repeated design leaks, and the early specification claims remain the main clues about what the phone may eventually bring.
