Honor X5c Plus Lands in Indonesia, Big Battery and 128 GB Storage at Rp 2.299 Million

Honor X5c Plus has arrived in Indonesia with a price tag of Rp 2.299.000, positioning itself as a budget phone that leans heavily on battery life and storage. For buyers in the Rp 2 million range, that combination is often more persuasive than flashy extras.

The device arrives with a 5,260 mAh battery, 128 GB of internal storage, and a 50 MP main camera. Honor is clearly aiming at users who want a daily phone for work, study, social media, and entertainment without paying more than necessary.

Battery life is the main selling point

Honor says the 5,260 mAh battery is built to handle intensive use throughout the day. The company also claims the phone can last for around 21 hours of browsing, 19 hours of Facebook use, and up to 18 hours of YouTube playback.

To extend endurance further, Honor includes Ultra Power Saving mode, which can activate when the battery drops below 10%. According to Aryo Meidianto A, Head of Public Relations PT Trinova Digital Indonesia, the feature can add about 3 hours and 46 minutes of extra use.

Honor also states that the battery can retain more than 80% of its health after 1,000 charge and discharge cycles. Charging is handled through USB Type-C with 15W support.

Daily features focus on practical use

The rear camera uses a 50 MP sensor with an f/1.8 aperture and AI support for clearer, more detailed photos. Honor adds Hi-Res Resolution to improve image detail, along with AI Object Recognition that can identify subjects such as food or plants.

Another feature, AI Photo Sharpness Enhancement, is designed to sharpen images, including when taking photos of documents or text. On the front, the phone carries a 5 MP camera with an f/2.2 aperture and Face Unlock support.

The display measures 6.74 inches and uses a 720 x 1600 pixel panel with a 90Hz refresh rate. It also reaches up to 450 nits brightness and supports 16.7 million colors, while Dynamic Dimming is included to help reduce eye fatigue during long sessions.

Despite the large battery, the X5c Plus remains relatively slim at 7.89 mm and weighs 186 grams. A side-mounted fingerprint sensor is available, and face recognition serves as an additional security option.

Helio G81, Android 15, and 128 GB storage

Honor powers the X5c Plus with the MediaTek Helio G81 chipset, featuring 2x Cortex-A75 cores at 2.0GHz and 6x Cortex-A55 cores at 1.7GHz, plus ARM Mali-G52 MC2 graphics. The phone comes with 4 GB of RAM and 128 GB of storage, while virtual RAM adds another 4 GB for a total of up to 8 GB.

Honor says the storage can hold more than 30,000 photos, 12,000 songs, or around 100 films. That makes the device more practical for users who want space for everyday files without worrying about filling memory too quickly.

On the software side, the phone runs MagicOS 9.0 based on Android 15. It also brings Magic Capsule, which displays important information through notification banners without forcing users to switch apps.

Price, colors, and availability

Honor X5c Plus is sold in Ocean Cyan and Midnight Black. The phone is available at Honor Experience Store, Erafone, and other official Honor retailers across Indonesia, with official Honor e-commerce channels to follow.

At Rp 2.299.000, the device enters the crowded affordable segment with a clear formula: a large battery, roomy storage, a 50 MP camera, and Android 15. For consumers who prioritize endurance and everyday convenience, that mix is likely to do most of the talking.
