iQOO Z11i Appears in Three Colors, Rumors Point to a vivo Y60 Rebrand

Author: Qoo Media

iQOO has started teasing the Z11i in China, and the first detail it is highlighting is not the hardware but the color lineup. The device is being shown in three finishes: Green Peak, Desert Gold, and Ink Shadow.

That approach suggests iQOO is building interest around design before revealing the full specification sheet. For now, the company has not confirmed the display, chipset, camera setup, battery size, or memory configuration.

What the current rumor says

Discussion around the Z11i intensified after a Weibo leaker described it as a rebranded version of the vivo Y60. If that claim proves accurate, the new iQOO model would follow the same general hardware path as the vivo phone that launched in April.

The alleged specifications are modest but practical. The rumored package includes a 6.74-inch LCD panel with 720×1600 resolution, a 120Hz refresh rate, and a peak brightness rating of 1,200 nits.

Performance is said to come from the Snapdragon 4 Gen 2, paired with 6GB or 8GB of RAM and 128GB or 256GB of internal storage. The camera arrangement is also basic, with a 13MP rear camera and a 5MP front camera for selfies.

A focus on battery life and everyday use

The battery is expected to be one of the more noticeable selling points. According to the same rumor, the phone would carry a 6,500 mAh battery with 15W wired charging.

If the vivo Y60 connection is correct, the Z11i would likely target buyers who care more about endurance and smooth scrolling than raw performance. The combination of a large battery and a 120Hz display is typically aimed at daily tasks such as social media, streaming, and light gaming.

The three color choices also help shape the phone’s identity before launch. Green Peak, Desert Gold, and Ink Shadow give the Z11i a broader visual appeal, ranging from brighter styling to more understated tones.

Why the teaser matters

Teasing the color options before the full reveal is a familiar strategy in the smartphone market. It allows a brand to build curiosity from design alone while keeping the technical details for a later announcement.

In iQOO’s case, the Z11i also adds another layer to an already crowded Z11 family. That makes the model look like part of a wider push to expand the lineup across the midrange and lower midrange segments.

For now, however, the handset remains unconfirmed beyond the teaser materials and the leak-based speculation. Until iQOO publishes official details, the display, processor, cameras, memory, storage, and battery should still be treated as rumors.

What is certain is that the Z11i has already been shown publicly in three colors in China. The next key question is whether iQOO will soon confirm the full specifications and reveal whether the vivo Y60 comparison turns out to be accurate.
