OnePlus has confirmed that the OnePlus N6 will debut in India on 30 June 2026, marking the first time the company’s N series will officially reach the market. That alone makes the device stand out, but the bigger story may be where it lands in OnePlus’ growing budget lineup.
The new model is being positioned for younger users in India, especially Gen Z, under the “New, Neo, Never Off” theme. OnePlus shared the announcement through its official OnePlus India X account, signaling that the phone is meant to fit an always-on lifestyle at a more accessible price point.
A new budget slot in OnePlus’ lineup
For Indian buyers, the N6 arrives at a time when OnePlus already has several affordable options in play. The company currently sells the Nord CE 6 and Nord CE6 Lite, with prices starting at 31,998 rupee and 25,999 rupee respectively.
That makes the N6 an important addition, because it is expected to sit below or between those existing models. Early pricing expectations place it in the 20,000 to 24,999 rupee range, although OnePlus has not confirmed any official figure yet.

Official renders already suggest that the OnePlus N6 will look very close to the Nord CE 6. That approach would help OnePlus keep a consistent visual identity across its budget-focused devices.
