Xiaomi Indonesia has officially launched the REDMI Buds 8 in the local market with a price tag of Rp699,000. The model is aimed at young users with active routines, whether they are working, studying, commuting, or exercising.
Its main appeal is the mix of premium-style features at a relatively accessible price point. The earbuds combine Active Noise Cancellation up to 50 dB, customizable audio, and battery life designed to last through long daily use.
Noise control for everyday use
The REDMI Buds 8 uses ANC capable of reducing noise by up to 50 dB across frequencies of up to 4 kHz. Xiaomi says the feature is designed to help users stay focused while listening to music, podcasts, or taking voice calls.
The company also includes three transparency modes that can be adjusted to match the surrounding environment. That allows users to stay aware of important sounds without removing the earbuds.
More flexible sound tuning
For audio output, the REDMI Buds 8 is equipped with an 11 mm dynamic driver. The setup is intended to deliver stronger bass while keeping audio detail intact.
Users can choose from five equalizer presets through the Xiaomi Earbuds app. Manual sound tuning is also available, making it easier to adapt the audio profile to music, films, or podcasts.
Clearer calls with three microphones
For people who often join online meetings or make voice calls, the REDMI Buds 8 includes triple-mic AI noise reduction. The system is built to reduce wind noise at speeds of up to 12 meters per second.
That should help keep the user’s voice clearer even when they are outdoors or on the move. Xiaomi positions the feature as a practical advantage for people with high mobility needs.
Long battery life and fast charging
On the power side, the REDMI Buds 8 can last up to 11 hours on a single charge. With the charging case, total playback time reaches up to 44 hours.
The case also includes a battery level indicator for easier power monitoring. In addition, fast charging makes it possible to get up to 4 hours of use from just 10 minutes of charging.
Colors, availability, and launch offers
The REDMI Buds 8 comes in three color options: Black, White, and Green. It officially goes on sale in Indonesia on 25 June 2026.
Sales are available through online channels including Mi.com, Tokopedia, Shopee, TikTok Shop, Blibli, and Lazada. Offline buyers can find it at Xiaomi Store, Erafone, Digiplus, Urban Republic, and Blibli Store.
Xiaomi is also offering several promotions, including two months of free Spotify Premium Standard. Buyers of the REDMI Note 15 Series can also receive a Rp50,000 discount.
