PT Indomobil eMotor used Jakarta Fair 2026 at JIExpo Kemayoran to introduce Tyranno X to the public. The electric scooter stands out not only for its price, but also for a setup aimed at riders who want longer range and a tougher daily commuting package.
With a selling price of Rp32.8 million OTR Jakarta, Tyranno X enters the market as a new option in the growing electric motorcycle segment. Its positioning is clear: this is not a model built only around efficiency, but also around endurance and road-readiness.
Power delivery and range
The scooter uses a 3 kW electric motor with a peak torque output of 180 Nm. That combination is intended to give it strong initial response, especially for urban riding and situations that need quicker acceleration.
Its energy source is a 3.456 kWh lithium battery. In full charge conditions with eco riding mode, the model is claimed to cover up to 160 kilometers.
Built for more demanding roads
Indomobil gave Tyranno X a ground clearance of 170 mm to support travel over uneven surfaces. The scooter also uses all-terrain tires, with a 13-inch wheel at the front and a 12-inch wheel at the rear.
At the back, the scooter is fitted with dual adjustable gas shock absorbers. The setup is meant to improve comfort while keeping the model more composed on roads that are not always smooth.
Comfort, flexibility, and market direction
According to PT Indomobil eMotor CEO Pius Wirawan, Tyranno X is an evolution of the company’s earlier line. He said the development focus was placed on comfort, flexibility, and range.
He also noted that Indonesian consumers now expect electric vehicles to do more than save energy. They also need to handle different road conditions, especially for everyday use across varied environments.
Price and color choices
Indomobil is offering Tyranno X at Rp32.8 million OTR Jakarta. The model also comes with six color choices, giving buyers more variety in appearance.
For buyers looking at an electric scooter with a longer claimed range and a more rugged setup, Tyranno X is positioned as a fresh alternative. Its debut at Jakarta Fair 2026 suggests that competition in Indonesia’s electric motorcycle market is moving toward products that aim to be practical, durable, and ready for more than just smooth city roads.
