iQoo Pad 5c Quietly Arrives, 144 Hz Tablet with a 10,000 mAh Battery Aims at Gamers

iQoo has expanded its tablet lineup in China with the launch of the iQoo Pad 5c, a model that combines a 144 Hz display, a 10,000 mAh battery, and Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 performance in one device.

The new tablet is positioned for users who want a large-screen device for entertainment, gaming, and productivity. That positioning matters because the Pad 5c enters a series that already includes the iQoo Pad 5, Pad 5 Pro, and Pad 5e.

Built for long sessions and smooth visuals

The strongest appeal of the iQoo Pad 5c is the balance between its display size and battery capacity. For a tablet, those two elements often determine whether the device feels practical for streaming, gaming, or extended work sessions.

It uses a 12.1-inch LCD panel with a 2.8K resolution and support for refresh rates up to 144 Hz. In theory, that should make scrolling, gaming, and video playback feel noticeably smoother.

The battery is equally important here. iQoo equips the tablet with a 10,000 mAh cell and 44W fast charging, giving it the kind of capacity that can support full-day use for entertainment and productivity.

Performance gets serious attention

Under the hood, the Pad 5c runs on Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8s Gen 3. That chipset is paired with LPDDR5X RAM of up to 12 GB and UFS 3.1 storage of up to 256 GB.

This setup shows that iQoo is not only chasing battery endurance. The tablet is also meant to handle demanding apps and gaming sessions that require stable performance.

To help keep temperatures in check, iQoo includes a vapor chamber cooling system with a heat dissipation area of 32,200 square mm. Cooling is especially relevant on a tablet aimed at intensive use.

Software and productivity tools

The iQoo Pad 5c ships with Android 16 and OriginOS 6, with the interface tuned for tablet use. It also adds AI features and productivity tools beyond entertainment-focused functions.

Among the included tools are PC-level WPS Office, AI PPT Assistant, cross-device collaboration, document scanning, and wireless printing. iQoo also adds AI Super Resolution and Live Streaming Assistant for users who care about media and gaming workflows.

Those additions make the Pad 5c more than a simple media tablet. The software package suggests a device intended for light to moderate work as well as leisure.

Cameras, audio, and connectivity

The camera setup is basic, which is typical for a tablet of this type. iQoo provides a 5 MP front camera and an 8 MP rear camera for video calls and simple photography.

Audio gets a stronger focus thanks to four built-in speakers. That should suit users who rely on the tablet for films, music, or gaming without external accessories.

Connectivity is also modern, with support for WiFi 6, Bluetooth 5.4, and a USB-C 3.2 Gen 1 port.

Variant Price in China Color Options
8 GB/128 GB 2,699 yuan Silver Wing, Grey Crystal
8 GB/256 GB 2,999 yuan Silver Wing, Grey Crystal
12 GB/256 GB 3,499 yuan Silver Wing, Grey Crystal

With these configurations, the iQoo Pad 5c sits in the Android tablet segment as a model that leans on a high-refresh display, a large battery, and strong performance hardware. That combination makes it appealing for users who want one device for gaming, entertainment, and daily productivity.

So far, there is no information about availability outside China, including Indonesia. iQoo has also not brought its tablet lineup to the local market before.
