iPhone 18 Pro Leak Points to Bigger Screens, Fewer Colors, and a Higher Price

A massive data breach at Tata Electronics has brought Apple’s next premium lineup into focus far earlier than expected. More than 200,000 leaked files are said to expose details for the iPhone 18 Pro series, including display sizes, battery capacity, color options, and pricing plans.

The leak is drawing attention because Tata Electronics is one of Apple’s key manufacturing partners in India. Technical documents circulating publicly are reported to contain internal product planning for future iPhone models, giving an unusually early look at the company’s next high-end devices.

Pro models are set for a larger jump in size

According to documents cited by Beritasatu, the iPhone 18 Pro is expected to feature a 6.4-inch display. The iPhone 18 Pro Max is said to go even further with a 7-inch panel and a 5,400 mAh battery to support the larger screen.

That combination suggests Apple is continuing to push its premium devices toward bigger formats. The Pro Max battery increase stands out as one of the clearest changes in the leaked material.

iPhone Air 2 is also part of the leak

Beyond the Pro lineup, the same documents reportedly confirm the existence of the iPhone Air 2. The super-thin model is said to use a 6.55-inch AMOLED LTPO display with a 120 Hz refresh rate.

Its camera setup is described as centered on a 48 MP main camera and an ultrawide lens. The telephoto lens is no longer included, while the battery is said to rise above 3,500 mAh, or about 11% more than the 3,149 mAh pack in the first generation.

Color options appear more restrained

Telset ID, citing internal factory data, says Apple plans to reduce the color selection for the iPhone 18 Pro. The three reported finishes are Dark Cherry, Light Blue, and Silver-Gray.

That lineup differs from the iPhone 17 Pro, which came in Cosmic Orange, Deep Blue, and Silver. The smaller palette suggests a more restrained approach to Apple’s premium design language.

Pricing could rise by as much as $200

The leaked specifications and material choices appear to have a direct effect on cost. Apple is reportedly preparing a sharp price increase, with the iPhone 18 Pro and other Pro variants expected to rise by up to $200 compared with the previous generation.

In the leaked figures, the iPhone 17 Pro starts at $1,099, while the iPhone 18 Pro is listed at $1,299. That places the new model in a noticeably higher bracket from launch.

Apple’s first foldable model is also in the timeline

The Tata Electronics documents also point to the debut of Apple’s first foldable iPhone. It is said to be introduced alongside the iPhone 18 Pro reveal on September 8 or September 9.

The foldable model is positioned as the most premium device in Apple’s ecosystem. The standard version is expected to start at $1,999, while the highest-spec variant could reach $2,400.

So far, neither Tata Electronics nor Apple has issued an official statement on the breach or its legal consequences. The leak has nonetheless pulled Apple’s product roadmap into the spotlight, with the iPhone 18 Pro now drawing attention well ahead of schedule.
