Tecno Pova 8 5G Preorder Offer Packs Up to Rp 21 Million in Bonuses

Tecno has opened preorders for the Pova 8 5G in Indonesia with a promotional package that is hard to ignore. The phone is set to launch on 15 July 2026, and the early ordering window runs from 9 to 20 July 2026.

The device had already passed TKDN and Postel certification under model code LK6, signaling that its arrival in the country was close. Tecno is positioning the model for users who want a large battery, a fast display, and gaming-focused hardware.

Preorder benefits reach Rp 21 million

According to Tecno Indonesia’s social media posts, the total preorder value can reach up to Rp 21 million through a lucky draw program and special promotions. Buyers can also receive a Rp300.000 voucher and a down payment option starting at Rp200.000.

Early buyers have another incentive: Tecno Watch 3 Active will be given free to the first 3,000 customers. After the voucher is applied, the device price is said to start from around Rp3 jutaan, depending on the selected variant.

The preorder program is available both online and offline through Tecno’s official partners in Indonesia until 20 July 2026, or while stocks last. The promotional package is likely to be one of the main draws before the official price is revealed at launch.

Tecno Pova 8 5G has already been released in India, which provides a clear picture of what Indonesian buyers can expect. The design features an Alive Matrix Display on the back for notifications, animations, and interactive lighting effects.

Under the hood, the phone uses the MediaTek Dimensity 7100 built on a 6 nm process. Tecno also includes two supporting chips, G1 Signal Enhancement and SE1 Wi-Fi Enhancement, to help keep connections stable during gaming sessions.

The 6.76-inch IPS LCD panel comes with Full HD+ resolution, a 144Hz refresh rate, and a 240Hz touch sampling rate. Tecno also lists TÜV Rheinland Low Blue Light certification, aiming to make scrolling and gaming feel smoother and more comfortable.

Battery life is another major selling point, with the 8,000 mAh unit said to last up to two days under normal use. The company claims the 45W charger can take the battery from 1% to 50% in about 35 minutes.

Camera hardware is led by a 50 MP Sony LYT-600 sensor with PDAF and 2x lossless zoom. The 13 MP front camera supports video recording up to 2K, while the rest of the package includes Dolby Atmos stereo speakers, NFC, an IR Blaster, a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, IP64 protection, and HiOS 16 based on Android 16.

The phone will be sold in four colors: Arc White, Graphite Black, Echo Green, and Helios Orange. With its large battery, fast display, and aggressive preorder package, the Pova 8 5G is shaping up as one of Tecno’s most attention-grabbing entries for the Indonesian market.
