Poco C95 Pro Moves Closer to Launch, Snapdragon and 6,000 mAh Battery Raise the Stakes

Poco C95 Pro 4G has cleared IMDA certification in Singapore, a strong sign that its global launch is drawing nearer. The certified device is listed under model number 2606FPC72Y and is expected to arrive as a global rebrand of Redmi 17 4G.

The shift to Qualcomm hardware is the detail that stands out most. Unlike its predecessor, which used a MediaTek Helio chip, Poco C95 Pro 4G is said to carry the Snapdragon 6s 4G Gen 2 with Adreno 710 graphics.

That platform is paired with RAM options of 6 GB and 8 GB, while internal storage is expected to reach 256 GB with support for external microSD expansion. For a budget-focused phone, that combination suggests a stronger attempt to balance everyday use and value.

Large Display and a Battery Built for Endurance

On the front, the phone is tipped to use a 6.9-inch IPS LCD panel with HD+ resolution of 720 x 1640 pixels. The display stays within a cost-conscious segment, but the 120Hz refresh rate should make scrolling and general navigation feel smoother than many entry-level rivals.

Battery life is another major selling point. Poco C95 Pro 4G is listed with a 6,000 mAh battery, HyperOS based on the latest Android version, and a claim of up to two days of normal use.

Charging is handled through USB Type-C with 33W fast charging support. That combination gives the phone a more aggressive power package than many devices in the same class, especially for users who want long endurance without waiting too long at the charger.

Cameras, Connectivity, and the Feature Set

The rear camera system uses a dual setup with a 50 MP main sensor and a 2 MP depth sensor. The primary camera supports Full HD video recording at 30 FPS, while the front side carries an 8 MP selfie camera inside a waterdrop notch design.

Xiaomi Indonesia has not announced an official release date or local pricing yet. Still, given the pricing pattern of previous C-series models, Poco C95 Pro 4G could remain one of the more affordable options in its segment.
