The Honor X7e Plus 5G arrives with an 8,100mAh battery, a capacity that stands out in a mid-range phone. It also supports 45W wired charging, pairing extended battery capacity with a faster charging option.

Honor has paired that battery focus with IP68, IP69, and IP69K ratings for water and dust resistance. The phone measures 168.3 x 78.54 x 8.30 mm and weighs 216.5 grams.

Those dimensions reflect the use of a battery that is substantially larger than capacities commonly found in many phones. A side-mounted fingerprint scanner provides biometric authentication.

Two memory options and Qatar pricing

According to Gadgets360, the Honor X7e Plus 5G is available through retail stores in Qatar in two memory configurations. The 6GB RAM and 128GB storage version is priced at QAR 999.

The model with 8GB RAM and 256GB storage is listed at QAR 1,099. Available finishes include Desert Gold, Velvet Black, and Meteor Silver.

Higher version 8GB RAM, 256GB storage QAR 1,099

120Hz display, but not OLED

The phone uses a 6.87-inch TFT LCD display with HD+ resolution of 720 x 1,592 pixels. Its panel supports a 120Hz refresh rate and covers 85 percent of the NTSC color gamut.

Honor says the screen can reach up to 1,020 nits in High Brightness Mode. Eye Comfort and Dynamic Dimming features are also included for display viewing adjustments.

The 120Hz specification is intended to make scrolling and interface movement appear smoother. However, the display technology remains TFT LCD rather than OLED.

Snapdragon platform and AI tools

The Honor X7e Plus 5G is powered by the octa-core Snapdragon 4 Gen 4 chipset and an Adreno 613 GPU. It runs MagicOS 10 based on Android 16.

A dedicated side button can launch commands or applications with a single press. Honor lists AI Memory, Circle to Search, AI Eraser, and AI Summary among the software features available through MagicOS.

The handset supports 5G, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Bluetooth 5.1, NFC, OTG, and USB Type-C. Its navigation support includes GPS, Galileo, GLONASS, and Beidou.

50MP cameras at the front and rear

At the rear, the device has a 50MP main camera with an f/1.8 aperture. It is accompanied by an additional lens with an f/3.0 aperture, although its resolution is not specified.

The front camera is also rated at 50MP for selfies and video calls. Details regarding video recording capabilities have not been provided.

Display 6.87-inch HD+ 120Hz TFT LCD

With its large battery, high-refresh-rate display, 5G support, and durability ratings, the device is positioned for users prioritising longer daily use. The trade-off is a larger 216.5-gram body and an LCD panel rather than OLED technology.
