Oppo Find X10 Pro Max Could Fill India’s Flagship Gap With 200MP Cameras

Author: Qoo Media

Oppo may have a new flagship focus in India if recent leaks prove accurate. The Oppo Find X10 Pro Max is said to become the company’s premium offering in the country in 2027.

That possibility follows reports that the OnePlus 16 and Oppo Find X10 Ultra may not be launched in India. Such a move would be notable because India has long been an important market for both brands.

The Find X10 Pro Max is rumoured to carry an unusually ambitious camera configuration. It may feature a 200MP main camera with optical image stabilisation and a 1/1.3-inch sensor.

Its rear camera system is also said to include a 200MP ultra-wide camera and a 200MP periscope telephoto camera. The periscope unit may support optical image stabilisation and telemacro photography, while a 50MP multispectral sensor could complete the module.

Flagship Specifications Under Discussion

Model Reported India Status Key Rumoured Details
OnePlus 16 May not launch Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 6 Pro, 185Hz display, around 9,000mAh battery
Oppo Find X10 Ultra May not launch 50MP 10x periscope camera and 200MP 3x telephoto camera
Oppo Find X10 Pro Max Could become Oppo’s 2027 flagship 2K LTPO OLED display and 200MP main camera

Beyond the camera system, the Find X10 Pro Max is expected to use the MediaTek Dimensity 9600 Pro chipset. Its battery capacity is estimated at between 8,000mAh and 9,000mAh.

The device is also rumoured to have a flat 2K LTPO OLED display with a high refresh rate. Other reported features include IP69 certification, an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint scanner, and Snap Key.

None of these details has been confirmed by Oppo. The final specifications, launch timing, and regional availability remain unclear.

What the Reported India Absence Would Mean

The information was shared by tipster Debayan Roy through the X account @Gadgetsdata. The report suggests that the chance of the OnePlus 16 and Find X10 Ultra skipping India is now high.

For Oppo, the Find X10 Pro Max could therefore become the central premium model for Indian buyers rather than the Find X10 Ultra. The reported positioning would give the Pro Max a particularly important role in the company’s 2027 lineup.

The OnePlus 16 has been linked to a China launch in the fourth quarter of 2026 as the successor to the OnePlus 15. Gadgets360 previously reported that it may use the 2nm Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 6 Pro processor.

It is also expected to feature a 185Hz display, a battery of around 9,000mAh, and a 200MP telephoto camera. Those reported specifications point to an emphasis on performance, battery endurance, and long-range photography.

Find X10 Ultra’s Camera Focus

The Oppo Find X10 Ultra has separately been linked to a dual-telephoto camera system. It may pair a 50MP periscope camera offering 10x optical zoom with a 200MP telephoto camera offering 3x optical zoom.

The phone is also said to use a square-shaped front camera sensor. The leaked details indicate that Oppo could continue to prioritise imaging capabilities for its Find X Ultra line.

OnePlus has stated that it will stop launching new products in North America and Europe while continuing operations in India. However, the company has not announced whether the OnePlus 16 will be available in the Indian market.

All three devices remain subjects of rumours rather than official product announcements. Confirmation of their market plans and final hardware will depend on statements from OnePlus and Oppo.
