An 8,000mAh Battery Meets a 144Hz Screen in Realme’s New Narzo 100x 5G

Realme Narzo 100x 5G has gone on sale in India with an unusual combination of a 144Hz display and an 8,000mAh battery. The handset targets buyers seeking 5G connectivity and extended battery capacity in one device.

The 6.8-inch LCD panel has an HD+ resolution of 720 x 1,570 pixels. It supports refresh rates of up to 144Hz and is protected by Panda-1681 glass.

Power comes from the octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 6300 chipset. Realme pairs it with up to 6GB of LPDDR4X RAM and up to 256GB of UFS 2.2 storage.

The phone runs Realme UI 7.0 based on Android 16. Its hardware package places display responsiveness, 5G access, and large battery capacity at the center of the offering.

Battery Capacity Takes Priority

The standout specification is the 8,000mAh battery, which is substantially larger than the capacity commonly highlighted on smartphones. Realme includes 45W SuperVOOC fast charging to replenish that battery.

Reverse charging is also supported, allowing the handset to supply power to another device. A 5,300 sq mm vapour chamber cooling system is fitted to assist with thermal management.

These specifications make battery endurance the clearest focus of the Narzo 100x 5G. The cooling hardware adds another practical component to a phone built around a large power reserve.

Three Memory and Storage Configurations

Realme offers the Narzo 100x 5G in three memory configurations. Gadgets360 reported a Rs. 2.000 general discount and an additional Rs. 500 coupon for eligible purchases.

The combined discount mentioned for the device reaches Rs. 2.500. Buyers can also choose no-cost EMI as a payment option.

Sales are being handled through the Realme India website and Amazon. The model is available in Flash Orange and Midnight Black colour options.

Cameras, Security and Durability

A dual AI rear camera system is led by a 50MP primary camera. An 8MP front camera handles selfies and video calls.

For security, the phone uses a side-mounted fingerprint sensor and supports face unlock. Its body carries MIL-STD-810H durability certification and an IP65 rating for dust and water resistance.

The Narzo 100x 5G therefore combines a high-refresh-rate display with a large battery and the Dimensity 6300 platform. Indian buyers can select a version based on their required RAM and storage capacity while the current discounts remain available.
