Haier has expanded its front-load lineup in India with the F11 series, a 12 kg washing machine range built around AI features, fabric care, and a design aimed at making laundry management less demanding. The new models are positioned for households that want a large-capacity machine with more automated functions and less manual intervention.
One of the most notable claims attached to the series is its ability to keep clothes fresh inside the drum for up to 12 hours after a wash cycle ends. That feature is designed for users whose laundry does not always get removed immediately, a common situation that can lead to stale odors if garments stay enclosed too long.
Freshness after the cycle ends
Haier addresses that issue with Ultra Fresh Air Technology, which continues to circulate air inside the drum once washing is complete. The system is intended to help preserve freshness for as long as 12 hours, reducing the chance of unpleasant smells forming when laundry is left inside the machine.
That kind of function is especially relevant for busy homes, where the gap between washing and unloading is often unpredictable. Instead of requiring immediate attention, the machine gives users more flexibility while still aiming to protect the condition and smell of the clothes.
AI-driven washing support
The F11 series also includes AI One-Touch technology, which is meant to identify the load and adjust the process automatically. Haier says the system can recognize fabric type and common stain categories such as mud, coffee, milk, and sweat, then adapt the wash and dry cycles accordingly.
This approach reduces the need for manual settings and can make operation simpler for everyday use. The machine also comes with a full-color AI touch panel and Wi-Fi connectivity, adding more convenience for households that prefer a connected appliance.
Preset cycles are available for specific fabrics and garments, including cotton, jeans, and saree. Those options give users a quicker way to select a program that matches the laundry load without going through a complicated setup.
Detergent control and wash performance
Haier has paired the F11 with Essence Wash technology, which first mixes detergent into a fine spray before directing it onto the fabric. The method is designed to speed up cleaning while also limiting leftover foam during the cycle.
Smart Dosing is another part of the package, and it adjusts detergent usage according to the weight of the load. By automatically measuring the amount needed, the machine aims to avoid waste while keeping the wash result aligned with the size of the laundry inside the drum.
Drum, motor, and balance system
On the hardware side, the F11 uses a 525 mm Super Drum together with a pillow-style drum design. Haier says this setup helps water flow more effectively while still being gentle on delicate fabric.
The machine also relies on a Direct Motion Motor that connects directly to the drum. According to the company, this arrangement helps cut noise and vibration while improving efficiency and long-term durability.
To support stable spinning, Haier includes AI Dynamic Balance Technology, or AI-DBT. The system monitors drum balance in real time and works to reduce vibration during high-speed spin cycles, which is especially important in machines handling heavier loads.
Variants, pricing, and warranty coverage
Haier is offering the F11 in two versions: a 12 kg washer-only model priced at ₹53,800 and a 12 kg washer dryer priced at ₹64,000. Both versions are being sold through retail stores in India and through the company’s official website.
The company is also backing the range with a 4-year comprehensive warranty and a 12-year warranty on the motor. With that combination of AI functions, fresh-air circulation, automatic dosing, and a direct motion design, the F11 is clearly aimed at buyers looking for a large front-load washer with a stronger focus on convenience, fabric care, and everyday reliability.
