iQOO’s Next Flagships Split Tasks, 15T Brings Dimensity 9500 and Pad 6 Pro Aims Higher

iQOO appears to be preparing two more high-end devices for its China lineup, and both are positioned around flagship-grade hardware. The latest leak points to the iQOO 15T and the iQOO Pad 6 Pro arriving in close succession, with Digital Chat Station on Weibo cited as the source of the information.

If the report proves accurate, iQOO is not slowing down after expanding its iQOO 15 family. The new devices would serve different roles, but both would lean heavily on top-tier chipsets and premium specifications.

iQOO 15T: a premium phone with a sharp display and a 200MP camera

Among the two, the iQOO 15T is said to come first. The handset is reportedly aimed at the premium segment and will use the MediaTek Dimensity 9500, an octa-core flagship chip built on a 3nm process.

The display setup also looks ambitious. The leak describes a flat 6.82-inch panel with 2K resolution, a combination that should appeal to users looking for a crisp viewing experience for games and video.

Camera details are equally notable. The rear setup is tipped to include a 200-megapixel main camera, which would make the device one of the more attention-grabbing options in its class if the spec is confirmed.

Another report suggests that the iQOO 15T could debut in China in May. Even so, iQOO has not officially confirmed the final name, the complete specification sheet, or the launch timing.

Pad 6 Pro: iQOO’s first flagship-style tablet in the Pad 6 lineup

The tablet side of the leak is centered on the iQOO Pad 6 Pro, which is described as the premium model in the Pad 6 series. It is said to use the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5, another 3nm-based chip designed for flagship performance.

Memory and storage are also expected to be generous. The reported configuration includes 16GB of RAM and 512GB of storage, suggesting a device intended not only for entertainment but also for heavier productivity tasks.

Its screen is expected to be large as well. The Pad 6 Pro is tipped to feature a 13.2-inch LCD panel with 4K resolution, a setup that should provide ample space for work, reading, and media consumption.

Battery and charging support appear to match the tablet’s size. The leak mentions a 13,000mAh battery with 90W wired fast charging, a combination that would suit a big-screen device with high power demands.

Audio, colors, and the broader iQOO 15 family

The tablet is also said to include eight speakers, a detail that points to a stronger multimedia focus. That kind of audio configuration is commonly used to improve the experience for movies, music, and gaming on a large display.

Color options mentioned in the leak include Grey Crystal, Isle of Man, and Silver Wing. These names are translated from Chinese, so the final retail names may differ when the product is announced officially.

The arrival of the iQOO 15T is also important because the iQOO 15 series is already growing. The lineup currently includes the iQOO 15, iQOO 15 Ultra, and iQOO 15R, and the new model could help fill gaps between those devices.

For context, the iQOO 15R recently launched in India with a starting price of Rs. 44,999 for the 8GB RAM and 256GB storage variant. It features the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5, LPDDR5x RAM up to 12GB, UFS 4.1 storage up to 512GB, and an Adreno 826 GPU.

That phone also carries a 6.59-inch AMOLED display with 1.5K resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. Taken together, the latest leaks suggest iQOO is pushing its 15 series beyond smartphones alone, while also preparing a large-format tablet that shares the same flagship-first approach.
