Huawei is deepening its push into Indonesia’s AI market by widening the circle of partners around its enterprise business. At the Huawei Indonesia Enterprise Business Group Partner Summit 2026, the company brought together more than 700 business partners across industries, a scale that was said to have doubled from the previous year.
The larger turnout reflects how quickly the local AI opportunity is expanding. Huawei used the summit to reinforce its role not only as a technology provider, but also as a driver of digital transformation and ecosystem building in Indonesia.
AI at the center of the partnership agenda
Under the theme “Partnering for a New Era of AI-Driven Intelligence,” Huawei placed AI at the core of the discussions. The company also introduced updates to its partnership policies and presented new solution innovations designed to match shifting market needs.
The event was attended by stakeholders including government representatives. Among them, Deputy Minister of Communication and Digital Affairs Nezar Patria stressed that Indonesia’s digital future cannot be built alone.
He said a collaborative and synergistic ecosystem is essential, with AI serving as a shared foundation rather than the property of a few players. Nezar also described Huawei as a strategic partner in Indonesia’s digital transformation journey.
Building stronger business capability for partners
Huawei Enterprise Business Indonesia CEO Dylan Du said collaboration has become even more important in the AI era. He explained that Huawei continues to strengthen partner support through improved digital solution capabilities, partnership incentive programs, and ongoing technical training.
The goal is to help partners capture new business opportunities while delivering tangible value to customers in different sectors. Huawei’s approach is aimed at making the ecosystem not only larger, but also stronger in technical capability and business competitiveness.
Huawei also noted that it had worked with more than 900 partners in Indonesia throughout 2025. That figure shows the scale of the company’s local ecosystem, while the summit highlighted its effort to deepen quality alongside growth.
Industry forums focused on practical implementation
Several strategic forums were held during the summit, including the AI Round Table, the Financial Industry Round Table, and the Ronghai Solution Salon. The sessions focused on real-world AI implementation, AI computing infrastructure, and integrated solutions for digital transformation.
The financial sector was one of the key areas of attention. Huawei strengthened its Ronghai Partner Program, which has already brought together more than 150 global solution partners to support AI-based innovation.
The company also promoted the “4-Win” collaboration model involving customers, SIs, ISVs, and Huawei. This framework is intended to create tighter cooperation and deliver benefits to all parties involved.
Recognition and long-term ecosystem plans
Huawei also recognized outstanding partners from 2025 for their contribution to accelerating digital technology adoption. The recognition underlined the company’s intention to sustain ecosystem growth by valuing active partner contributions.
To frame its long-term direction, Huawei highlighted four pillars under the Huawei I DO concept: I Do Care, I Do Collaborate, I Do Create, and I Do Contribute. These principles are positioned as the foundation for an inclusive and sustainable digital ecosystem in Indonesia.
Partners also pointed to the strategic value of the relationship. Erwin Elias and Zefree Windjaja said the partnership with Huawei is not only about technology, but also about understanding market needs and bringing forward innovative solutions.
With the summit’s combination of partner expansion, policy updates, and sector-specific discussions, Huawei signaled that AI will remain central to its Indonesia strategy. The company is now aiming to turn a broad partner network into a stronger ecosystem for the country’s next stage of digital growth.
