Motorola is turning two of its premium devices into something closer to collectible fashion objects than standard consumer electronics. Through the Brilliant Collection, the company pairs the Motorola Signature and the Moto Buds 2 Plus Swarovski Edition in a single bundle built around Swarovski crystals and a more exclusive visual identity.
The collection keeps the core hardware of each product intact, but shifts the presentation with a stronger luxury focus. Pantone-certified Violet Indigo acts as the common thread across the set, while the crystal treatment and design accents give both devices a much more decorative presence than their regular versions.
A phone designed to stand out
The Motorola Signature Swarovski Edition uses a quilted 3D leather-style rear panel that immediately separates it from the standard model. On the back, Motorola places 20 amethyst Swarovski crystals with precise alignment, while the Motorola logo sits in the center as part of the overall composition.
Even the volume buttons receive special treatment to match the sparkle theme. The result is a handset that keeps its original design foundation, but looks far more expressive and collectible.
Under that embellished exterior, the phone remains a flagship device. It features a 6.8-inch 10-bit LTPO AMOLED display with 1.5K resolution and a 165Hz refresh rate, along with 100 percent DCI-P3 coverage, Dolby Vision, Pantone validation, and peak brightness of 6,200 nits.
Motorola also protects the screen with Gorilla Glass Victus 2. Performance comes from the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5, paired with LPDDR5X RAM of up to 16GB and UFS 4.1 storage of up to 1TB.
The software package includes HelloUI based on Android 16, and Motorola promises seven years of software and security updates. Power comes from a 5,200mAh battery with 90W wired charging through USB-C, 50W wireless charging, and 10W reverse wireless charging.
The imaging system also stays serious. It includes a 50MP Sony LYT-828 main camera, a 50MP Sony LYT-600 3x periscope telephoto camera, and a 50MP ultra-wide camera with a 122-degree field of view.
Earbuds with even more crystal work
The Moto Buds 2 Plus Swarovski Edition takes the same premium direction, but with a denser decorative treatment. Motorola adds a total of 53 amethyst Swarovski crystals across the earbuds and charging case, making the accessory bundle feel even more elaborate than the phone.
Each earbud stem carries 12 crystals, while the Motorola logo on the case is decorated with 41 crystals that are installed by hand. The same Violet Indigo tone ties the earbuds visually to the phone, reinforcing the idea that the two products are meant to be seen as one coordinated set.
The earbuds are not just for display. They support Hi-Res Audio with LHDC and Spatial Audio, which keeps them positioned as a premium audio product rather than a fashion-only accessory.
Motorola also includes Dynamic ANC of up to 55dB and a Transparency Mode. For voice calls, there are six microphones with ENC and improved voice clarity, while sound comes from 11mm dynamic dual drivers and 6mm magnetic planars.
Additional features include a low-latency Gaming mode, Bluetooth 6.0, and up to 48 hours of playback time. That combination keeps the model competitive on the audio side even as its appearance moves deeper into luxury territory.
A limited bundle aimed at select markets
Motorola says the Brilliant Collection will be announced for selected markets in the coming weeks. The two products are sold as a bundle, and in the UK the package is currently priced at 1,199 British pounds for the 16GB + 512GB version.
No other market details have been disclosed yet. Still, the existence of the Motorola Signature, which is already available in India, shows that Motorola continues to see room for special-edition devices that sit between technology and collectible design.
