A two-screen laptop is becoming Asus’ sharpest message in Indonesia’s latest AI push. The Zenbook DUO stands out not only because of its dual-display design, but also because it sits at the center of a wider lineup of Copilot+ PC devices aimed at both premium and mainstream users.
Asus is framing this launch as more than a hardware refresh. The company says its newest laptops are built around on-device AI, with support for generative features that can run directly on the machine instead of depending on cloud access.
Copilot+ PC becomes the main theme
Every model in the new lineup is positioned as a Copilot+ PC. Asus says the devices use the latest Intel Core Ultra Series 3 and AMD Ryzen AI 400 series processors, alongside NPUs rated at up to 50 TOPS.
That AI focus is also tied to a new local assistant called Omni Virtual Assistant. Asus says the assistant runs on the device and can work offline, making it part of the broader push toward AI experiences that stay available even without an internet connection.
Country Manager Asus Indonesia, Lenny Lin, said AI is no longer just an extra feature. He described it as something that has become inseparable from how users interact with their devices.
Zenbook DUO takes the spotlight
Among the new models, the Zenbook DUO UX8407AA is the most eye-catching. It uses two 14-inch Asus Lumina Pro OLED touchscreens with 3K resolution and a 144Hz refresh rate.
Asus says the latest version brings major design refinement. The bezels are thinner, and the gap between the two screens has been reduced by 70 percent compared with the previous generation.
Inside, the laptop is powered by the Intel Core Ultra 9 386H. Asus claims the system delivers a total AI performance of 180 platform TOPS, placing the device at the top end of the company’s new AI laptop range.
The hardware package also includes six speakers with Dolby Atmos support and dual batteries with a combined capacity of 99Wh. In Indonesia, the Zenbook DUO 2026 is priced at Rp 54.999.000 and is available for pre-order starting 6 May 2026 through the official Asus Indonesia online store.
Premium Zenbook options stay thin and light
Asus also introduced the Zenbook S14 OLED and Zenbook S16 OLED for users who want a thinner premium laptop without the dual-screen format. Both models are about 1.1 cm thick and use Ceraluminum material to reinforce their lightweight, premium positioning.
The Zenbook S14 OLED runs on the Intel Core Ultra 9 386H, while the Zenbook S16 OLED uses the AMD Ryzen AI 9 465. Both models support NPU performance of up to 50 TOPS and come with Asus Lumina OLED 3K 120Hz displays.
Vivobook extends AI features to a wider audience
For a more mainstream audience, Asus brought in the Vivobook S14 and Vivobook 14 Flip OLED. The two models show that the company is not limiting its AI strategy to the premium segment.
Vivobook S14 uses a dual metal chassis and is claimed to deliver more than 20 hours of battery life. It is offered with either the Intel Core Ultra 7 355 or AMD Ryzen AI 7 445, and Asus says its AI performance reaches up to 49 TOPS.
Vivobook 14 Flip OLED takes a different approach with a 360-degree convertible design. It also supports the Asus Pen 3.0, giving users more flexibility for work, creation, and media use.
Warranty and service are part of the package
Asus is also backing the lineup with service support in Indonesia. All of the new AI laptops come with a three-year international warranty.
The company also includes Asus VIP Perfect Warranty and Asus Premium Service. With Zenbook DUO, the Zenbook S series, and the Vivobook models in one launch, Asus is clearly pushing a broad AI laptop strategy that stretches from high-end dual-screen devices to more accessible everyday options.
