Travel Disruptions At Sky Harbor
Several flights were delayed at Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport as the storm rolled through the Valley. A Severe Thunderstorm Warning for Phoenix ended at 7:15 p.m., and a Dust Storm Warning remained in effect until 7:45 p.m.
AZFamily said the story was developing, and more updates could follow as the weather system moved through the region. For now, the main impacts were concentrated around flooding concerns, scattered power outages and slowing traffic in the sky.
