Drew Carey Ends Segment Abruptly Following Unexpected Show Incident

Drew Carey caused a momentary stir on The Price Is Right after unintentionally kicking a fake penguin on stage. This incident happened following a contestant’s win of a backyard-themed prize set during a special Christmas episode.

The show’s holiday-themed set featured festive decorations, including fake penguins, trees, and reindeer. Contestant Deborah from Nashville, Tennessee, initially bid $1,000 on outdoor Christmas decor valued at $1,363, securing the closest bid without going over.

Deborah then advanced to the Push Over game, where she tried to correctly price a Zuo Mod patio set, a fireset table, and an outdoor smart TV. After strategically removing one of the nine numbers, she correctly revealed the price of $7,169 and won the patio set.

As Drew Carey congratulated Deborah, he accidentally knocked over a decorative penguin and humorously kicked it aside, saying, “Nothing to see here.” Drew’s lighthearted reaction helped keep the mood upbeat despite the minor mishap.

Deborah remained focused on her prizes and later spun a .90 on the Showcase Showdown, advancing to the finale. She bid $33,000 on a showcase including a jewelry collection, an Alaska trip, and a Chevrolet Trax but fell short compared to her opponent’s closer bid.

In the end, Deborah departed with $8,531 worth of prizes from the show. The Price Is Right continues to entertain with festive episodes and exciting games, airing weekdays on CBS and streaming on Paramount+.
