Itel A100 Pro Lands With an iPhone-Like Look, but Its Price Stays in Entry-Level Territory

Author: Qoo Media

Itel A100 Pro has arrived in India with a design that immediately draws attention. Its rear camera module closely resembles the look of the iPhone 17 Pro Max, while the price remains firmly in the entry-level segment.

The phone is aimed at buyers who want a more premium appearance without moving into flagship pricing. In a market where affordable phones are competing on both design and features, Itel is leaning heavily on style to stand out.

Premium Styling in a Budget Device

The most noticeable detail is the large, raised camera island on the back, which echoes the camera plateau design seen on Apple’s Pro series. The Comet Orange color option also gives the device a look that feels close to the cosmic orange tone associated with recent iPhone Pro models.

Despite that visual resemblance, the body still uses the kind of finish commonly found on entry-level smartphones. Even so, the overall presentation is more modern than many phones in the same price range.

Display and Core Hardware

On the front, the Itel A100 Pro uses a 6.6-inch LCD display with HD Plus resolution and a 90Hz refresh rate. That higher refresh rate should make scrolling and general navigation feel smoother than standard 60Hz panels.

The display uses a waterdrop notch for the 5 MP front camera. On the back, the phone carries an 8 MP main camera paired with an LED flash for basic everyday photography.

Performance comes from the Unisoc T7100 octa-core chipset, matched with 3 GB of RAM and 64 GB of internal storage. The storage can also be expanded with a microSD card.

Battery, Software, and Extra Features

The Itel A100 Pro is powered by a 5,000 mAh battery, which should be enough for a full day of normal use. Charging support is limited to 10 watts, which keeps it in line with other low-cost phones.

The device runs Android 15 Go Edition and includes a Dynamic Bar around the front notch. The feature is designed to display notifications and selected information in a way that resembles Apple’s Dynamic Island.

Itel has also added a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, an IR blaster, a 3.5 mm headphone jack, and MIL-STD-810 durability certification. Connectivity options include dual 4G VoLTE, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, WiFi, and a USB Type-C port.

Price and Availability

In India, the Itel A100 Pro is available in Comet Orange, Cloud White, and Black. The price is set at 8.999 rupee, or around Rp1,6 jutaan.

With its iPhone-inspired styling, 90Hz display, large battery, and features such as Dynamic Bar and IR blaster, the Itel A100 Pro is positioned as a budget phone for users who want a more premium look at a low cost.
