Three sixth-semester Informatics Engineering students from Universitas Pamulang have delivered a digital system that does more than present a company profile. At PT Ideto Konsultan Indonesia, the project now helps client messages reach the admin in real time through Telegram.
The system was developed through the students’ practical work program and was designed to support both external communication and internal operations. When a visitor fills out the contact form, an automatic notification is sent directly to the admin’s Telegram account, reducing the need to constantly monitor the dashboard.
Website built for presentation and responsiveness
The team, consisting of Yohanes, Fadlan, and Alif, created a professional company profile website to represent the company’s identity, services, and track record. The goal is to strengthen PT Ideto Konsultan Indonesia’s credibility and digital visibility as business activity increasingly depends on an online presence.
The platform was built with Next.js as the main framework and TypeScript as the programming language. A SQL database is used to store company data, portfolio content, and incoming client messages in a structured and secure way.
The website was also designed to be responsive, so it can display properly on desktop, tablet, and smartphone screens. An interactive interface was added to make browsing feel smoother and more comfortable for visitors.
Six public features for visitors
The public side of the website is organized around six main features. The Home page introduces the company at a glance, while the Profile page presents background, vision, mission, and history in more detail.
The Consultant page highlights the company’s professional experts and consultants. This helps prospective clients assess the team’s capability and experience before making contact.
PT Ideto also includes an Education & Training page for information about programs offered to partners and clients. A Portfolio page displays completed projects, including photos and documentation that show the company’s work record.
The Contact page completes the public section with a message form for visitors and potential clients. That form is connected to the Telegram notification system, which gives the admin faster access to new inquiries.
Internal dashboard keeps control in company hands
Beyond the public pages, the system includes an internal admin dashboard that can only be accessed by company staff. Through this panel, admins can manage incoming contact messages and update portfolio content by uploading the latest project documentation.
Access restrictions were added to prevent general visitors from entering the internal management area. The setup is intended to protect operational privacy and keep data secure.
The dashboard also removes the need to depend on developers after the website has been completed. PT Ideto can update its portfolio materials more flexibly as business needs change.
The Telegram integration is what makes the system especially practical in day-to-day use. Even when the admin is away from the dashboard, new messages can still be received immediately.
For PT Ideto Konsultan Indonesia, the platform is now a strategic digital asset that supports business growth. For Yohanes, Fadlan, and Alif, it is also direct experience in building a professional website under real industry requirements.
The project sharpened not only their web development skills, but also teamwork and communication with the client. It also gave them hands-on practice in solving technical issues that appeared during development and implementation.
