Ubisoft+ Premium Opens Free Access, Assassin’s Creed Shadows and Anno 117 Join the Trial

Ubisoft is offering a six-day free trial of Ubisoft+ Premium, giving new users and eligible players access to a catalog of more than 100 games, along with DLC and bonus content. For anyone who has wanted to sample Ubisoft’s biggest releases without paying upfront, the promotion stands out as a rare chance to do so.

What the free trial includes

The trial covers several major titles, including Assassin’s Creed Shadows and its “Claws of Awaji” expansion, Star Wars Outlaws, Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora, Anno 117: Pax Romana, The Crew Motorfest, Far Cry 6, The Division 2, Rainbow Six Siege, and For Honor. That mix makes the temporary access feel less like a narrow demo and more like a broad look at Ubisoft’s premium library.

Timing, eligibility, and payment terms

The promotion runs from 18 to 23 June, although Ubisoft says the exact schedule depends on region. The company also notes that users must enter a valid payment method when signing up, even though the trial can be canceled at any time before 23 June at 13.00 UTC to avoid charges.

If the trial is not canceled by that deadline, the subscription will automatically convert into a paid plan. The monthly price is listed at $17.99 or €17.99, depending on the currency shown.

Where the trial is available

Ubisoft limits participation to one trial per account, so this is clearly meant as a short evaluation period rather than repeat access. The offer is available through Ubisoft Store and Ubisoft Connect, with PC users also able to use it via Blacknut Cloud Gaming and Xbox players able to join through the Xbox Store.

Not every platform is included, however, as the free trial is not available on PlayStation consoles. Even with that restriction, the appearance of Assassin’s Creed Shadows and Anno 117: Pax Romana gives the promotion a strong draw for players who want to judge the value of Ubisoft+ Premium before subscribing.
