The most visible change is the styling. The front and side bodywork now carry a more aggressive character, while the aerodynamic shape that has long defined the Vario remains intact.
Eight color choices across three trim levels
The model is offered in three main variants with a total of eight color options. CBS comes in Glossy Blue Lime and Glossy White Red.
CBS Nitro adds Nitro Matte Black Red and Nitro Glossy Grey Lime, with the Matte Black Red version featuring red wheels for a stronger visual contrast. The ABS trim takes a more refined direction through a single-tone concept and 3D emblem treatment.
Features built for everyday use
Honda Smart Key System is standard on the New Honda Vario Evo 160, along with an alarm and answer back system. Lighting is fully LED, helping the scooter look more contemporary while also improving visibility.
The full digital meter panel displays speed, trip information, fuel consumption, Smart Key status, battery voltage, digital clock, oil change reminders, and ABS indicators on selected variants. These additions keep the scooter practical for riders who rely on it every day.

Honda says the engine has been refined to deliver a more responsive character for busy urban commuting and medium-distance travel. The scooter is positioned as a practical choice for riders with high mobility needs.
Braking hardware varies by trim. ABS models use a 220 mm hydraulic disc brake at both the front and rear, while CBS versions use a 190 mm hydraulic disc brake at the front and a drum brake at the rear.
Utility remains part of the package as well. The underseat compartment holds 18 liters and can fit a half-face helmet, while the flat floorboard adds comfort and flexibility when carrying items.
