Xiaomi Smart Band 10 Pro Feels More Premium, But Its Health Sensors Steal the Show

Xiaomi Smart Band 10 Pro is arriving with a clearer identity: a compact wearable that puts serious health tracking at the center. That shift makes it look more premium, while also giving it a stronger case for everyday use and exercise.

The device is positioned as one of the most complete smart bands in its class. Xiaomi combines a slimmer body, upgraded health features, broad sports support, and battery life of up to 21 days into one lightweight package.

Premium materials without the bulk

Xiaomi uses aluminum alloy on the Smart Band 10 Pro, giving the wearable a sturdier feel while keeping it comfortable for all-day wear. The design remains focused on practicality rather than showiness.

Its slim profile helps with that balance. The band measures 9.7 mm thick and weighs 21.6 grams without the strap, so it stays light on the wrist during daily activities.

The display is another key upgrade. Xiaomi equips the device with a 1.74-inch AMOLED panel and a 2.5D curved display design that gives it a more modern appearance.

The screen also supports a 60Hz refresh rate. Xiaomi adds an ultra slim bezel and support for up to 1 billion colors, which should help the interface look sharper and more vivid.

Health tracking takes the lead

The biggest appeal of the Smart Band 10 Pro lies in its health monitoring system. Xiaomi introduces a next-generation dual-light PPD sensor with 4-light and 2PD technology.

That setup enables 24-hour heart rate tracking. It also supports on-wrist blood oxygen, or SpO2, monitoring for users who want a more complete picture of their condition throughout the day.

The feature set extends beyond the basics. Xiaomi also includes stress monitoring, sleep monitoring, sleep HRV, breathing exercises, sleep quality analysis, fatigue tracking, and women’s health monitoring.

Taken together, those features show that the Smart Band 10 Pro is not built only to count steps. It is designed to monitor the body more comprehensively during routine use.

Health FeatureWhat It Does
24-hour heart rate trackingMonitors heart activity continuously
SpO2 monitoringMeasures blood oxygen from the wrist
Sleep HRVTracks heart rate variability during sleep
Fatigue trackingHelps observe overall physical tiredness

Built for active users too

For fitness-focused buyers, Xiaomi Smart Band 10 Pro supports more than 150 sports modes. The range covers running, walking, cycling, swimming, yoga, gym workouts, hiking, HIIT, and professional training.

Xiaomi also adds new tools for workout tracking. These include Professional Cycling Mode, Professional Track Mode, Water Heart Rate Monitoring, and Sport Vlog Mode.

Outdoor tracking gets a further boost from dual-band GNSS GPS. The system allows more accurate location tracking without needing a constant connection to a smartphone.

That matters for users who run or cycle outdoors on a regular basis. Route tracking and activity logging can continue more independently from the phone.

HyperOS 3 and broader smart features

On the software side, Xiaomi Smart Band 10 Pro runs HyperOS 3. The system is designed to deliver a lighter, more responsive interface that fits more naturally into Xiaomi’s ecosystem.

Xiaomi also loads the device with extra smart functions. These include Game Mode, Dual Notification, Shortcut iPhone, Voice Recording, AI Assistant, Mi Home Integration, and Xiaomi Auto.

Other features include NFC, Car Key, 5ATM waterproof certification, Find My Device, Mi Home Control, Bluetooth, mini games, more than 200 watch faces, updated haptic feedback, Quick Reply, and Heart Rate Broadcast.

Cross-device support is another major point. The Smart Band 10 Pro works with both Xiaomi and iPhone users, and it can receive notifications from both smartphones directly on the device.

That flexibility helps users who move between ecosystems or carry more than one phone. Messages, calls, and important alerts can still be checked without constantly opening the handset.

Battery life and price

Xiaomi equips the band with a 380mAh battery, and it is rated to last up to 21 days under normal use. That remains one of the strongest advantages of the smart band category over many smartwatches.

The long battery life reduces the need for frequent charging during daily health tracking. Xiaomi Smart Band 10 Pro was introduced in China on 22 May 2026 alongside several other new Xiaomi devices.

According to Xiaomi’s official page, the Smart Band 10 Pro is priced at Rp1,119,000. It comes in silver, pink, and white.

With a more premium build, a better display, wide sports support, and a stronger health-tracking focus, Xiaomi Smart Band 10 Pro is shaping up as a compact wearable that tries to deliver a near-smartwatch experience without giving up the lightness and endurance that define a smart band.
