Razer has expanded its Kitsune arcade controller lineup with a new Street Fighter-themed model built around Ryu. The Razer Kitsune – Ryu Edition arrives as the third character edition in the series, following Cammy and Chun-Li.
The new version is already available for preorder through Razer’s official store at $319.99, with shipping scheduled to begin on 10 July. Buyers also receive a Razer L33T Pack valued at $19.99, along with a Gaming Chair reward valued at $100.
A limited edition with no stated unit count
Razer has described the Ryu model as a limited edition, but it has not disclosed how many units will be sold. That leaves the edition likely aimed at collectors and Street Fighter fans who want a themed version rather than the standard black model.
For customers in the United States, Razer is also offering free shipping on the preorder. The company has not indicated whether the limited run will return once it sells through.
| Model | Price | Status | Notes |

Razer keeps the same fighting-game hardware underneath
Outside the new artwork and branding, the Kitsune remains a leverless fighting game controller designed for PS5 and PC use. It uses low-profile linear optical switches, a quad movement button layout, and Razer Chroma lighting.
The controller connects through the included USB Type-C to USB Type-A cable. Razer also includes a built-in lock for the cable and a tournament lock switch that disables non-essential buttons during competitive play.
The wider Kitsune family now has more choices
Razer first introduced Kitsune in August 2023 with Cammy, Chun-Li, and a standard edition. Since then, the lineup has grown to include a 2XKO edition and an Esports Green edition, and the Ryu version adds another themed option to that mix.
At the same time, Razer is pushing down prices on existing versions. The standard Kitsune has dropped to $199.99 from $299.99 on the Razer Store, while Amazon is listing it at $149.15 for Prime members and $157 for non-Prime customers.
For buyers who want the themed look without paying for the newest special edition, the discounted models create a more accessible entry point. For those who want the most distinctive design, the Ryu Edition now gives the series a complete Street Fighter character set.
