That combination places the laptop in a category that is clearly aimed at executives, creative professionals, and other workers who move often between meetings and work locations. With those signals, the ExpertBook Ultra is shaping up to be a serious contender in the high-end ultrabook class.
A design built around mobility
The most striking detail about the ExpertBook Ultra is its physical form. Reports describe the chassis as only around 11 mm thick, which makes it look especially suited for professionals who prioritize easy carry and a clean, premium feel.
Its weight of under 1 kilogram becomes the main differentiator in a market where many business laptops still carry more mass. Asus is also said to use magnesium-aluminum materials on the body, along with a nano-ceramic layer intended to help keep the device light, strong, and more resistant to scratches.
AI-focused hardware under the hood
Beyond the thin and light body, the laptop is said to rely on the latest Intel Core Ultra Series processor. This platform is designed for modern computing needs that increasingly depend on built-in AI capabilities.

Asus has not officially announced the price of the ExpertBook Ultra for either the global market or Indonesia. However, the circulating estimates place the device somewhere between Rp25 juta and Rp40 juta, depending on memory, storage, and other configuration choices.
If those figures prove accurate, the price would align with the premium materials, OLED panel, Intel Core Ultra platform, and AI-focused positioning. With a sub-1-kilogram body, slim profile, and high-end specifications, the ExpertBook Ultra is being positioned as one of the more notable business laptops in the premium class.
