Amazon’s Great Summer Sale Puts Galaxy S25 Ultra at Rs 94,999, With More Phones Slashed Too

Amazon’s Great Summer Sale is shaping up as an early showcase for aggressive smartphone pricing, with Samsung’s Galaxy S25 Ultra emerging as the headline offer. The teaser points to an effective price of Rs 94,999, far below its current listed price of Rs 1,18,999.

That gap places the flagship among the most attention-grabbing deals in Amazon’s early sale preview. For buyers who have been waiting for a meaningful drop before the festival season later in the year, the timing makes this promotion especially notable.

Galaxy S25 Ultra leads the teaser

Amazon has placed the Galaxy S25 Ultra at the top of its Great Summer Sale teaser page. That positioning suggests the device is being used as the main draw for the event as the sale approaches.

The effective discount on the phone reaches up to Rs 24,000, which is a substantial reduction for a premium model. Even so, Amazon has not yet explained whether every buyer will be able to access that price without any conditions.

More phones are on the discounted list

The teaser is not limited to Samsung’s flagship. OnePlus 13R is also listed, with an effective price of Rs 37,999 against its launch price of Rs 42,999.

That means the phone may offer savings of Rs 5,000 during the sale. OnePlus Nord CE 6 is another model included in Amazon’s plans, and its effective price is shown at Rs 27,999 from a launch price of Rs 29,999.

The Nord CE 6 discount is smaller, but it stands out because the model is newly launched in India. Amazon says the price cut for this phone will depend on selected bank cards.

Other names appear, but details remain mixed

iQOO 15R is also part of the lineup, with an effective sale price of Rs 42,999. Samsung Galaxy M56 is another device shown with a lower effective price, listed at Rs 21,999.

Not every teaser entry looks straightforward. The iQOO Neo 10 appears on the promotion page, but the price shown is reportedly higher than its original price, which creates uncertainty ahead of the live sale.

That situation may still change once the event begins. Amazon’s teaser is only a preview, and the final sale price could differ from what appears before the sale opens.

iPhone 16 stays under watch

Amazon has confirmed a major discount for the iPhone 16, but it has not yet shared the exact amount or the mechanics behind the offer. The full details are expected to appear when the sale goes live.

The premium phone segment is already heating up because Flipkart’s SaSa LeLe Sale is preparing an iPhone 16 offer at an effective price of Rs 58,900. That comparison shows how competitive the category is becoming across platforms.

Why buyers should watch the fine print

The early pricing highlights are useful, but they do not reveal the full promotion structure yet. Amazon has not published complete details for every model, so bank-linked discounts and other conditions may affect the final purchase price.

That is especially important for buyers comparing deals across stores and waiting for the lowest possible entry point. In some cases, the headline figure may only apply under specific terms or for a limited time once the sale begins.

There is also competition from Flipkart on another flagship name. The platform is said to be preparing the iPhone 17 at Rs 71,900, down from the official retail price of Rs 82,900.

That would amount to a reduction of Rs 11,000, although the structure may combine bank offers with direct discounts. With Amazon’s Great Summer Sale set to begin on 8 May, the final pricing details, card conditions, and stock availability will decide how close these teaser figures come to the actual shopping experience.
