Samsung Tab S11 Ultra Remains The Most Complete Package, But OnePlus Pad 4 Hits Hard On Value

The premium Android tablet race now has two very different answers. OnePlus Pad 4 pushes hard on speed, battery life, and value, while Samsung Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra focuses on being the most complete package for work, media, and durability.

That contrast is what makes the comparison so interesting. One model tries to win on raw hardware and a friendlier price, while the other leans on a larger AMOLED display, DeX, IP68 protection, and a more mature ecosystem.

Two flagships, two priorities

Both tablets use premium aluminum builds and sit firmly in the flagship category. Even so, their design goals are not the same, and that difference shapes almost every major decision.

OnePlus Pad 4 is built to feel slim and light for its size, measuring 5.94 mm thick and weighing around 672 grams. Samsung Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra takes a more complete approach for users who move around often, with IP68 certification, an Enhanced Armor Aluminum frame, and support for both Nano-SIM and eSIM.

Display quality is where Samsung pulls ahead

OnePlus Pad 4 uses a 13.2-inch LCD panel with high resolution, an adaptive refresh rate up to 144Hz, Dolby Vision, and brightness reaching 1000 nits in HBM mode. That combination makes it a strong choice for fast scrolling, gaming, and smooth everyday visuals.

Samsung Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra answers with a 14.6-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X panel that supports HDR10+, a 120Hz refresh rate, and peak brightness up to 1600 nits. The AMOLED panel also delivers deeper blacks, stronger contrast, and more vivid color, which gives Samsung the edge for movies, series, and HDR content.

The larger screen size adds another layer of immersion. For users who care most about entertainment, Samsung still looks like the more compelling display-first option.

Performance is close, but OnePlus is more aggressive on paper

OnePlus Pad 4 runs on Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5, paired with LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.1 storage. That places it among the fastest Android tablets in its class and gives it a clear performance-focused identity.

Samsung Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra uses the Dimensity 9400+, a flagship MediaTek chip that is also capable of handling gaming, editing, and heavy multitasking. In daily use, the performance gap may not feel dramatic for most people, but OnePlus still appears slightly ahead in raw power on paper.

Samsung remains stronger for productivity

Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra ships with One UI 8.5 and Wireless DeX, making it easier to use like a desktop-style workspace. Samsung also adds microSD support, Galaxy AI integration, and more mature cross-device connectivity.

OnePlus Pad 4 offers Open Canvas for multitasking, and the feature has improved. Even so, it still lacks an equivalent to Samsung DeX and remains more limited in stylus software support and certain app synchronization workflows.

For professionals, that difference matters. Samsung feels better prepared to act as a primary work device.

Battery life and charging are OnePlus advantages

OnePlus Pad 4 comes with a massive 13,380mAh battery and 80W SUPERVOOC fast charging. The large capacity and quicker refill speed make it especially attractive for people who move between places and do not want long charging breaks.

Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra includes an 11,600mAh battery with 45W charging. It is still a large battery by tablet standards, but it does not match OnePlus in either endurance potential or charging speed.

For users who value mobility and less downtime, OnePlus Pad 4 has a very practical advantage.

Cameras, audio, and price complete the picture

Samsung equips the tablet with a 13MP rear camera, an 8MP ultra-wide camera, and a 12MP ultra-wide front camera that is better suited for video calls. OnePlus Pad 4 uses a 13MP rear camera and an 8MP front camera, which is enough for light documentation and document scanning.

Audio also tilts toward OnePlus, which offers eight speakers for a wider and more immersive soundstage. Samsung uses four stereo speakers, which still handle multimedia well, but without the same scale of output.

Price is another major divider. OnePlus Pad 4 is priced at around US$700, while Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra costs around US$1,200. That gap makes OnePlus far more aggressive for buyers who want the strongest possible spec-to-price balance.
