COLORFUL has begun introducing the iGame B850I MINI OC V14 in Indonesia, and the board is drawing attention for one clear reason: it pushes flagship-class ambition into a Mini-ITX form factor. For PC builders who want compact systems without giving up high-end tuning, this model is positioned as a serious alternative to larger motherboards.
The appeal is not limited to size alone. COLORFUL has packed in power delivery, memory headroom, storage speed, and modern wireless networking that are usually associated with much bigger boards, making this a notable release for Small Form Factor enthusiasts.
Built for demanding Ryzen builds
The iGame B850I MINI OC V14 is designed to handle high-end AMD Ryzen processors, including models such as the AMD Ryzen 9 9950X under heavy load. COLORFUL says the board is prepared to avoid thermal throttling while keeping power delivery steady.
To support that goal, the motherboard uses a 9+2+1 power stage design based on 60A DrMOS. It also carries a 10-layer server-grade PCB with a low-loss layout to preserve signal integrity, especially when memory is pushed to higher speeds.
For advanced users, the board includes asynchronous overclocking with a dedicated clock generator. That setup gives more flexibility for frequency tuning than many compact boards can offer.
DDR5 and PCIe 5.0 support stand out
Memory support is one of the biggest highlights here. The motherboard supports DDR5 with XMP and EXPO profiles up to 8400MHz, while more aggressive overclocking can push RAM beyond 8800MHz.
That level of headroom is unusual in the Mini-ITX category and makes the board relevant not only for gaming, but also for workloads that depend heavily on memory bandwidth. For builders chasing maximum performance in a small chassis, that flexibility is a major selling point.
Storage is also handled with premium hardware. COLORFUL equips the board with two M.2 slots, both supporting PCIe 5.0 for the latest NVMe SSDs.
Wireless connectivity is fully modern
Networking is another area where the board does not cut corners. It includes 5GbE LAN, Wi-Fi 7, and Bluetooth 5.4, giving users fast wired and wireless options in a compact package.
For many small PC builds, that combination matters because it reduces cable dependency while keeping transfer speeds high. The addition of Wi-Fi 7 also keeps the board aligned with current wireless standards.
The rear I/O is equally generous for the size. Users get a USB Type-C 20Gbps port plus eight additional USB ports, which should make it easier to connect accessories even in a space-limited build.
Design follows the iGame MINI ecosystem
Visually, COLORFUL keeps the board in a black-and-silver theme that matches the iGame MINI OC graphics card lineup. That coordinated styling is aimed at builders who want a cleaner, more cohesive look inside transparent cases or open-bench setups.
The result is a board that tries to deliver both performance and presentation. In the Mini-ITX segment, that combination can matter just as much as raw specs for enthusiasts building a showcase PC.
Limited rollout for now
The iGame B850I MINI OC V14 is now being distributed in limited quantities through official retail partners. Wider distribution is scheduled to begin in the third quarter of 2026.
COLORFUL advises customers to contact its official representatives or distributors in Indonesia to confirm retail pricing and physical stock availability. With Wi-Fi 7, PCIe 5.0, DDR5 support up to 8800MHz, and a Mini-ITX layout, the board targets a niche but increasingly attractive segment of compact PC builders.
