Lenovo is pushing the Idea Tab Pro Gen 2 as a tablet that can handle work, study, and entertainment without forcing users to stay tied to a laptop. The pitch is straightforward: keep the portability of a tablet, but add enough productivity features to make it feel far closer to a PC.
That direction is reinforced by the software and accessory support built into the device. Lenovo positions it as a flexible option for people who need to move between typing, reading, note-taking, and media consumption throughout the day.
Built for heavier multitasking
At the center of the Idea Tab Pro Gen 2 is the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 chipset paired with Android 16. Lenovo says the combination is aimed at smoother multitasking, especially for users shifting between work, school tasks, and entertainment.
The tablet also includes WPS Office PC Level, which brings a desktop-style interface, automatic cloud sync, and compatibility with Microsoft Office formats both online and offline. For users who rely on office documents, that makes the tablet significantly more practical than a typical media-focused slate.
A 10,200mAh battery rounds out the mobility story. Lenovo says the capacity is intended to keep the device running through a full day without frequent trips to a charger.
A large display with premium audio
The display is another major selling point. Lenovo uses a 13-inch PureSight Pro 3.5K panel with a 144Hz refresh rate, a specification set that places the tablet firmly in premium territory.
Audio support comes from JBL speakers with Dolby Atmos, while low blue light and flicker-free features are included to make long viewing sessions more comfortable. That combination suggests the device is designed to switch easily between productivity and entertainment.
Lenovo also adds AI-based features such as Smarter Reader, AI Notes, and Live Transcript. These tools are meant to support faster reading, note organization, and transcription during daily use.
Pricing and bundle options in Indonesia
In Indonesia, the Lenovo Idea Tab Pro Gen 2 starts at Rp 8.899.000, and that price already includes the Lenovo Tab Pen Plus. The inclusion of the stylus gives the package a clearer productivity angle from the start.
Lenovo also offers a more complete version with the 2-in-1 Keyboard Pack for Rp 9.899.000 during the promo period from 25 June to 31 July 2026. Buyers during that window also get a 14-inch sling bag bonus and a 1 Year Carry-In Service warranty from Lenovo’s official service network.

With its large screen, high-end performance, long battery life, and office-oriented accessories, the Idea Tab Pro Gen 2 is clearly intended to sit between a traditional tablet and a lightweight laptop.
