OPPO has expanded its true wireless lineup with the Enco Air 5, a model that tries to stand out in the mid-range segment with an unusually strong feature set. The earbuds combine Adaptive ANC up to 52dB, Bluetooth 6.1, and a claimed total battery life of up to 54 hours.
That mix makes the Enco Air 5 a more aggressive offering than many buyers might expect at this price level. OPPO is also positioning the earbuds for both Android and iPhone users who want premium-style features without moving into a higher price bracket.
Sound tuning built for everyday listening
OPPO equips the Enco Air 5 with a 12 mm dynamic driver and a titanium-coated PET diaphragm. The company says this setup is designed to deliver clearer sound, more detail, and stronger bass performance.
For users who prefer more control over audio output, the earbuds include a 10-band equalizer and three built-in sound presets. On OPPO phones running ColorOS 12.0 or later, the Alive Audio feature is also available for a more immersive spatial-audio effect.
Adaptive noise cancellation takes the lead
The main headline feature is Adaptive Active Noise Cancellation up to 52dB. OPPO says the system uses intelligent algorithms to detect surrounding noise and adjust the level of suppression automatically.
The earbuds offer three cancellation modes: Light, Medium, and Deep. That flexibility should make the Enco Air 5 easier to adapt to office use, public transport, or busy indoor environments.
| Key Feature | OPPO Enco Air 5 |
|---|---|
| Noise Cancellation | Adaptive ANC up to 52dB |
| Driver | 12 mm dynamic driver with titanium-coated PET diaphragm |
| Battery Life | Up to 13 hours per charge, up to 54 hours with case |
| Connectivity | Bluetooth 6.1 with Multipoint Connection |
Battery life remains one of the strongest selling points
Battery endurance is another major part of the appeal. With ANC off, OPPO claims up to 13 hours of playback on the earbuds alone and up to 54 hours when the charging case is included.
With ANC enabled, the numbers drop to 6.5 hours on the earbuds and 27 hours with the case. The charging case uses a USB Type-C port and supports fast charging.
OPPO says a 10-minute charge can provide up to 11 hours of music playback, which makes the earbuds more practical for users who move between tasks quickly.
Connectivity and controls aim for convenience
For wireless connections, the Enco Air 5 uses Bluetooth 6.1 and supports Multipoint Connection. This allows the earbuds to stay connected to two devices at the same time, covering both Android and iOS ecosystems.
The model also includes Low Latency Gaming Mode to reduce audio delay during gaming. Users can customize touch controls and launch favorite apps such as Spotify directly from the earbuds.
Calls, comfort, and durability
Voice calls are handled by three microphones paired with AI Noise Reduction. OPPO says the system helps cut background noise so phone conversations and video meetings remain clearer.
Each earbud weighs 4.3 grams, keeping the design light for longer listening sessions. The earbuds also carry an IP55 rating, offering resistance to dust and splashes.
Price and availability in India
In India, the OPPO Enco Air 5 is offered in Midnight Black and Lavender Purple. The regular price is set at Rs 3,299, while the launch promotion price is Rs 3,099.
The earbuds are available through Amazon India, Flipkart, and OPPO’s official online store. With 52dB ANC, up to 54 hours of battery life, Bluetooth 6.1, and AI Noise Reduction, the Enco Air 5 enters the market as a competitive option in the mid-range TWS category.
