Caviar’s Luxury iPhone Fold Lands First, 19 Units And A Price Tag Of Rp 249 Million

Caviar has moved ahead of Apple with a luxury interpretation of the rumored iPhone Fold, turning an unannounced device into an ultra-limited collectible. The company presented the concept through a 37-second video titled “The Flagship: The First Foldable Phone by Caviar.”

The move arrives while Apple is still only linked to widespread rumors about its first foldable phone. Rather than waiting for an official launch, Caviar has positioned its own version as a premium statement piece built around the idea of what Apple’s foldable could become.

Four finishes, one very rare release

Caviar says production is capped at just 19 units worldwide, which puts the device firmly in the category of collector hardware rather than everyday mobile equipment. The limited run is paired with a price structure that starts high and climbs even further for the most elaborate version.

Variant Price Main materials
Titan US$13,840 Black PVD-coated titanium, black crocodile leather
Dark Cherry US$14,270 Dark purple crocodile leather, 24-karat gold accents
Silver US$15,270 Sterling silver on the upper panel and 3D Apple logo
Gold US$15,560 Woven carbon fiber with gold thread, 24-karat gold frame, 18-karat gold logo

The Gold edition sits at the top of the lineup, while the Dark Cherry model draws inspiration from rumored new color options for the iPhone 18 Pro. Caviar says the Gold version also serves as a tribute to Apple’s 50th anniversary.

A foldable shape built around Apple cues

The design follows a book-style foldable layout, making the device wider but shorter than current standard iPhones. Caviar says its visual direction is based on iPhone Fold leaks that have already spread widely online.

Apple branding remains central to the look, with a 3D Apple logo included across all versions. That visual choice is part of what gives the concept its appeal, even though the product is not an official Apple release.

What the Apple foldable rumor suggests

Apple has not confirmed any global foldable phone project, but leaks continue to circulate. Among them are dummy units shared by gadget leaker Sonny Dickson on X, which indicate a horizontal folding mechanism similar to many Android-based foldables.

Those rumored dimensions point to a main display of around 7.8 inches when unfolded and an outer screen of around 5.5 inches. When folded, the device is said to resemble a passport, leaving it wider and shorter than the standard iPhone lineup.

That profile appears to be the design cue Caviar used as the basis for its luxury take on the device. Orders are already open, but buyers are being reminded that the product remains Caviar’s interpretation, not an official Apple launch.
