Vivo is putting battery capacity at the centre of its Vivo X300 E sales campaign in China. The company has confirmed that the phone carries a 7,200mAh battery and will go on sale on July 27.
Early reservation customers are also being offered a package that extends beyond the handset itself. The benefits include an extra year of warranty, three years of battery protection, and a limited-edition power bank.

Vivo announced on Weibo that sales will begin at 09:00 China time on July 27. The announcement confirmed the 7,200mAh battery but did not reveal the phone’s price or full specifications.
The additional one-year warranty included with a reservation is valued at CNY 288. Vivo has not stated whether the same reservation offers will be available after the device reaches retail sale.

Part of an Expanding X300 Range
The X300 E is set to join a family that already includes the Vivo X300, X300 Pro, X300 Ultra, X300 FE, and X300s. It is expected to target a lower price segment than some of the other models in the lineup.
Vivo has shown the phone in black, orange, and white finishes. There is currently no information on availability outside China.
The company has yet to publish a complete specification sheet, leaving several key details unconfirmed. That includes the final memory options, camera hardware, charging specification, and price.
Leaked Display and Hardware Details
Previous leaks suggest the device could feature a 6.59-inch flat OLED display with 1.5K resolution. The panel is also said to support a 120Hz refresh rate, HDR10+, up to 5,000 nits of peak brightness, and 4,320Hz PWM dimming.
The handset is rumoured to use Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 processor. It may be offered with up to 16GB of LPDDR5X Ultra RAM and as much as 1TB of UFS 4.1 storage.

The software is expected to be Android 16-based OriginOS 6. Vivo has not confirmed these reported display, chipset, memory, or software details.
Zeiss-Tuned Cameras Are Also Rumoured
According to details reported by Gadgets360, the X300 E may continue the X300 series’ Zeiss camera partnership. The rumoured rear setup includes a 50MP Sony IMX921 main camera with optical image stabilisation, an 8MP ultra-wide camera, and a 50MP Sony IMX882 periscope telephoto camera.
The periscope camera is said to provide 3x optical zoom. A 50MP front camera with autofocus is also reported for selfies and video calls.
Battery information had previously varied between reports. An earlier leak pointed to a typical 7,015mAh battery and 90W fast charging, while Vivo has now confirmed a 7,200mAh capacity.
China Compulsory Certification records for model V2612A had previously indicated 90W charging support and 5G connectivity. Final confirmation of the charging speed, camera configuration, price, and storage variants is expected when Vivo starts sales in China on July 27.
