Vivo X300 Pro Launches Globally with Zeiss Camera and Dimensity 9500 Chip, Priced Around $450

Vivo X300 Pro Launches Globally with Zeiss Camera and Dimensity 9500 Chip

Vivo officially launched the X300 Pro globally on October 30, 2025, following its successful debut in China. This flagship smartphone highlights Vivo’s strong focus on professional photography through its collaboration with renowned German optics maker Zeiss.

The global version closely mirrors the Chinese variant in design and specifications but features a slightly smaller battery capacity. Vivo X300 Pro sports a 6.78-inch LTPO AMOLED display with a sharp 1.5K resolution and a smooth 120 Hz refresh rate. The under-display fingerprint sensor and slim 1.1 mm bezels contribute to a premium look and feel.

On the back, the device features a distinctive large circular camera module housing three sensors. The main highlight is the Samsung 200 MP telephoto camera with a 1/1.4" sensor size. Accompanying it are a 50 MP Sony LYT-828 main camera with f/1.57 aperture and a 50 MP Samsung JN1 ultrawide sensor, offering excellent versatility and sharp results in various lighting conditions.

For selfies, the Vivo X300 Pro uses a 50 MP Samsung JN1 sensor equipped with autofocus. Under the hood, Vivo relies on the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 chipset, paired with 16 GB of RAM and 512 GB of internal storage. This combination delivers powerful performance optimized by Android 16 and the latest OriginOS 6 interface, allowing a smoother and more personalized user experience.

Although the battery shrinks to 5,440 mAh from the Chinese version’s 6,510 mAh, Vivo claims that efficient power management and software optimization maintain solid battery life. The device also carries IP68 and IP69 certifications for dust and water resistance. Consumers can choose from two elegant color options: Phantom Black and Dune Brown.

Exclusive Photography Kit Designed for Enthusiasts

Vivo continues to enhance the photographic capabilities of the X300 Pro with an exclusive photography kit also available globally. Manufactured by PGYTECH, this accessory kit includes a Zeiss 2.35x telephoto extender lens, a 62mm filter adapter ring, a neck strap, and a grip integrated with a 2,300 mAh battery.

The grip features dedicated buttons such as shutter release, zoom control, a control dial, and a video recording button. Users activate the extender mode via the camera app to enjoy stable long-distance shots with sharp detail, transforming the phone experience into something close to using a professional camera.

Pricing and Availability

In Europe, the Vivo X300 Pro is priced at €1,399, or roughly $1,500 USD. The photography kit sells separately for about €600, which converts to approximately $645 USD. While prices may seem high, they reflect the premium optics and build quality offered with the accessories.

Vivo has not announced an official release date for Indonesia yet, but past trends suggest the X300 Pro and its photography kit could reach the market there in early 2026. The flagship aims to reinforce Vivo’s position in the global high-end smartphone segment by combining professional photographic features, strong performance, and an elegant design.

Despite the somewhat smaller battery compared to the Chinese model, the Vivo X300 Pro remains highly competitive worldwide due to its powerful Zeiss 200 MP camera, efficient Dimensity 9500 processor, and refined OriginOS 6 interface. This launch solidifies Vivo’s commitment to delivering flagship devices focused on camera excellence and premium user experience.
