BenQ Unveils Four Mac Monitors In Indonesia, Starting At Rp 9 Jutaan With Premium Features

BenQ has expanded its MA Series in Indonesia with four monitor options designed specifically for Mac users who want a cleaner desk setup and a display that aligns closely with Apple’s ecosystem. The lineup targets owners of MacBook Pro, MacBook Air, Mac mini, and Mac Studio who want a larger external screen without dealing with a tangle of cables.

The key selling point across the series is simplicity through one-cable connectivity. All models support video, data, and power delivery through USB-C or Thunderbolt, giving users a more compact workflow for everyday productivity, creative work, and multitasking.

Mac-focused monitors with distinct roles

BenQ did not bring just one type of display to Indonesia, but four variants with different strengths and panel choices. The models include MA270UP and MA320UP, MA270U and MA320U, MA270S, and MA320UG.

Each model is aimed at a different user profile, from those who want a glossy screen that resembles the MacBook look, to those who prefer a matte display for brighter rooms, to users seeking higher refresh rates for smoother visual work. The range also gives buyers a wider choice in size, with both 27-inch and 32-inch options available.

BenQ Indonesia President Director Andryanto C Wijaya said many Mac users need a larger display, and the company is positioning these monitors as Mac-specific solutions with stronger color accuracy, easier use, and a single-cable setup.

Glossy models built for deeper contrast

The MA270UP and MA320UP are the most visually rich options in the lineup. Both use IPS Nano Glass panels with 4K UHD resolution at 3840 x 2160, and they come in 27-inch and 32-inch sizes.

BenQ lists peak brightness at 400 nits, along with HDR400 support. The company also states color coverage of up to 99% sRGB and 95–97% P3, which makes the pair suitable for users who need accurate color reproduction.

Connectivity is also generous on these models. Both include USB-C 90W PD, USB-C 15W, two HDMI ports, and a USB hub, while the stand supports height adjustment, tilt, swivel, and pivot.

BenQ highlights the Nano Gloss surface as a way to deliver stronger contrast, deeper blacks, and a look that feels closer to a MacBook display. That design choice makes the UP series more appealing to users who prefer a reflective and vivid visual character.

Matte options for bright workspaces

For users who often work in bright rooms, BenQ offers the MA270U and MA320U with a Nano Matte approach. These models are presented as more comfortable when a monitor sits near a window or under strong lighting.

The 27-inch MA270U is described as a 5K 5120 x 2880 display associated with a Retina Mac-like experience. It uses an IPS Nano Gloss panel, supports 99% P3 color gamut, and reaches up to 450 nits of brightness.

Thunderbolt 4 handles connectivity on this pair, with 40 Gbps bandwidth and power delivery up to 96W. BenQ also includes TÜV Rheinland Eye-Care certification with Low Blue Light and Flicker-Free support, which adds a comfort-focused angle for long sessions.

These models are positioned as the more accessible choice compared with the glossy UP variants. That makes them an option for users who want a cleaner and less reflective display without moving too far up the price ladder.

Higher-end models for creative workloads

The MA270S stands out as the most performance-oriented display in the series. It uses a 32-inch 4K UHD panel with a 120Hz refresh rate, IPS Nano Glass technology, around 98–99% P3 color gamut, and 450 nits of brightness.

BenQ equips it with two Thunderbolt 4 ports, HDMI, a USB hub, Daisy Chain support for two 4K monitors, Smart KVM, and Power-off Charging. The full-adjustable stand also gives more flexibility for desk setups that change throughout the day.

The 120Hz refresh rate is especially relevant for smoother scrolling, editing timelines, and moving through visual content. That makes the model more attractive for video work, heavy multitasking, and creative tasks that benefit from a more responsive display.

MA320UG takes a similar direction but with a 32-inch 4K 120Hz Nano Gloss panel and Thunderbolt 4 support with 96W power delivery. It also includes two Thunderbolt 4 ports, HDMI, USB hub, Daisy Chain, Smart KVM, and Power-off Charging.

Pricing and availability in Indonesia

BenQ has already made the MA Series available through both online and offline channels in Indonesia. The announced prices are MA270U at Rp 9 jutaan, MA320U at Rp 12 jutaan, MA270UP at Rp 11 jutaan, MA320UP at Rp 15 jutaan, and MA270S at Rp 23 jutaan.

MA320UG is scheduled for sale in the third quarter of 2026, but BenQ has not disclosed its official price yet. With the five models spread across entry premium to high-end territory, the lineup gives Mac users multiple ways to match screen size, surface finish, and feature set to their work needs.
