Honor Play 11 Plus Combines A 7,000 mAh Battery With A 7.34 Mm Body And 45W Charging

Honor Play 11 Plus stands out less for raw power than for the way it combines a 7,000 mAh battery with a body that remains relatively slim. At 7.34 mm thick and 185 grams, the device tries to solve a common trade-off in large-battery phones: endurance without excessive bulk.

That positioning is reinforced by the rest of its hardware mix. Honor pairs the battery with 45W fast charging, aiming to keep downtime short when power runs low, and claims the battery can last up to 14 hours of normal use.

A bright AMOLED display with eye-comfort features

On the front, the Honor Play 11 Plus uses a 6.6-inch AMOLED panel with a 2,600 x 1,200 pixel resolution. The display also has slim bezels of around 1.23 mm, which helps create a more spacious look.

Honor adds a set of display features designed for longer viewing sessions. These include DCI-P3 color gamut support, a peak brightness level of up to 6,500 nits, 3,840 Hz PWM dimming, hardware-based Low Blue Light Eye Protection, AI Sleep Aid Display, Dark Mode, and eBook Mode.

Midrange hardware with AI functions

The phone is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6500 Elite chipset. It is paired with 8 GB of RAM and 256 GB of internal storage, while the software side runs Android 16 with MagicOS 10.

Honor also includes several AI-oriented tools in the system. Among them are the Yoyo smart assistant, AI Notes, and translation features, showing that the company is not focusing only on core specs but also on everyday usability.

Camera setup and connectivity

For photography, the Honor Play 11 Plus uses a 50 MP main camera with an f/1.8 aperture. The rear camera supports digital zoom up to 10x, while the front camera is an 8 MP unit that can record video at up to 1080p.

The device also brings a fingerprint sensor built into the display, stereo speakers, NFC, an IR Blaster, Bluetooth 6.0, and dual SIM 5G support. Honor also gives the phone an IP66 rating for resistance against dust and water.

Color options and pricing in China

In China, the Honor Play 11 Plus is offered in two color choices: Sunrise Gold and Lanyue Silver. The official price is 2,199 yuan, which is roughly equal to Rp 5.6 million.

Honor has not said whether the phone will be sold in Indonesia. For now, the main appeal remains clear: a large 7,000 mAh battery inside a body that stays thin, supported by a bright AMOLED screen, modern connectivity, and a set of features built for daily use.
