Ruben Amorim has wasted no time making an impact at AC Milan, and his first major move has already set a club record. The Rossoneri confirmed the signing of Gonçalo Ramos from Paris Saint-Germain for €74 million ($84 million), the most expensive transfer in the club’s history. The deal breaks the previous Milan record set in 2019, when Rafael Leão arrived from Lille for €49.5 million ($56.5 million). Leão has also indicated that he wants to begin a new chapter away from Italy, which adds another layer of uncertainty around Milan’s forward line.
