At Rp2 Million, Oppo A6c Puts a 7,000mAh Battery and 120Hz Display First

Oppo has brought the A6c to Indonesia with a clear focus on endurance and smooth everyday use. The device enters the affordable segment with a 7,000 mAh battery, a 120Hz display, and a price that starts at Rp2 millions.

That combination places the phone in a position aimed at users who spend long hours on video, gaming, and live streaming. Oppo also wraps those practical features in a design that is meant to look more premium than its price suggests.

Built to look cleaner and feel more modern

The A6c follows a design direction inspired by current flagship phones. Its body uses modern horizontal detailing and curved edges to make the device feel easier to hold.

Oppo offers the phone in purple, white, and brown. The company says all three colors use Feather Textured Finish and a 3D Dynamic Glow effect to create a more refined appearance.

“Desainnya terinspirasi dari tren flagship masa kini,” said Jiang Linlin, Chief Marketing Officer Oppo Indonesia. That positioning shows Oppo wants the A6c to stand out not only through hardware, but also through presentation.

Battery life is the main selling point

The biggest highlight is the 7,000 mAh battery, which Oppo presents as one of the largest in its class. The capacity is intended for users with heavy daily activity who need a phone that can last through long sessions without frequent charging.

Oppo claims the battery can stay in standby mode for up to 28 days. The company also states that the phone can play YouTube videos for up to 26.84 hours and run Mobile Legends: Bang Bang for as long as 11.67 hours on a single charge.

To make the battery more versatile, Oppo includes 5W Reverse Wired Charging. This allows the A6c to charge other devices such as earbuds or a smartwatch.

Charging the phone itself relies on 15W fast charging. Oppo says the battery can move from 1 percent to 21 percent in 30 minutes, while a full charge takes about 2 hours and 52 minutes.

120Hz display and day-to-day performance

On the performance side, the A6c uses an octa-core Unisoc T7250 processor paired with 4GB of RAM and up to 128GB of storage. The phone also uses UFS 2.2 storage to help support faster data read and write speeds.

Oppo says the device can keep Mobile Legends: Bang Bang running at a stable 60fps for up to three hours. The 120Hz ultra-bright display is designed to make scrolling, app switching, and general entertainment feel smoother and more responsive.

The company also includes a Fluency Protection certification for four years. That claim is meant to reassure users who want the phone to stay smooth over longer-term use.

Durability and touch features for daily use

Beyond battery and display, the A6c carries an IP64 rating. That protection gives the phone resistance against dust and splashes in normal daily conditions.

Oppo also adds Splash Touch and Oily-Hand Touch. These features are meant to keep the screen responsive even when the user’s hands are wet or oily, such as after exercise, in light rain, or while using the phone in the kitchen.

This approach suggests Oppo is targeting more than benchmark numbers. The A6c is also built for real-world situations where a phone needs to keep working without much fuss.

Camera and AI support

For photography, the A6c uses a 13MP Ultra-Clear main camera with a 50MP Hi-Res Mode. On the front, the phone carries a 5MP selfie camera for self-portraits and video calls.

Oppo also includes Portrait Mode, Night Mode, and Retouch to give users more flexibility when shooting. These features are meant to help the phone adapt to different photo needs without adding complexity.

On the software side, the A6c supports AI Smart Image Matting 2.0, AI Clear Face, and AI Eraser. Oppo also bundles Google Gemini, Google Lens, and Privacy Safe to support productivity and device management.

Price and variants in Indonesia

In Indonesia, the Oppo A6c comes in two memory options. The 4/64GB model is priced at Rp2,499,000, while the 4/128GB version is sold for Rp2,999,000.

With its 7,000 mAh battery, 120Hz screen, IP64 protection, and reverse charging support, the A6c enters the local market as an affordable phone built around long battery life and smooth daily use.
